Cozy and fine hotel. Beautiful old building. The garden could use a makeover but it’s nice and quiet. Don’t get fooled by the pics of the parking spot in front where the fountain is. The rooms are alright, but the doors or walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors and people on the corridor. The reception is open only from 8am to 8 pm which is not so optimal but we got the keys from a locker in front of the hotel entrance.

Location was finde. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. A litte old-fashioned, but totally find for an overnight stay.

The hotel - pension is very centrally located in the beautiful spa town of Bad Harzburg and is excellently managed by the owner. The rooms are comfortably furnished and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We will certainly and very gladly come back to this house because, among other things, the price-performance ratio is absolutely okay.

This was such an amazing experience. The apartment was recently renovated with everything being renovated and -modernized. The hosts added a number of personal touches such as leaving snacks and a bottle of wine as welcoming gifts. The service from BestHarz was absolutely perfect. Fast replys to our questions before our vacation and kind and friendly welcome as we came to pick up the key. The neighbourhood is very quite and the house lives up to its description.

Great a appartment for 1 or 2 people. The rooms are perfectly equipped and very cozy. The appartment is located around the corner from the city centre. We had a lovely time and would recommend the place for a nice trip to Bad Harzburg

The hotel was in a beautiful old building. Covid prevention measures were taken seriously. The buffet breakfast was one of the nicest I've had on holiday in Germany. I was especially pleased that the coffee pot was refilled several times!

A very nice, cozy pension in a quiet location but still central. The breakfast buffet was small but fine. Everything was there that you needed to start the day. The landlord is very nice and helpful. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back.

We liked it very much. The beds were good and the room was very clean. Only the bathroom should be renovated. The sink was very low, more for children 😉 The operators were very nice and accommodating. We would book with you again. The guesthouse is very centrally located so you can reach a lot on foot.

Was a great place to breakfast, sleep and amuse the place was great and the hotel rooms are really clean the only downside is that the rooms are a bit old but that's fine.

I was given a lovely room in good condtion, with a spacious bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the heating effective, and the decor attractive. A very nice, traditional hotel that offers not only fasting care but also numerous applications and additional services. Very nice garden and great care by Ms. Reupke as the fasting leader. Nice program with gymnastics and sport, without being too involved in common activities. Very tasty fasting soups, a lot of attention is paid to loving details! Very well-kept property.

We really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the staff very friendly. There was a lot of space in the sauna and we were also very satisfied with the room. Hotel Victoria offers a really nice stay close to the Harz mountains. It's located in the center of Bad Harzburg with a lot locations nearby. The hotel parking lot and breakfast are inclusive. Everything alright except for the horrible breakfast. Most of the things in the buffet where empty at 09:30, they gave me a dirty table with leftovers from the guys who sat there before and I had to drink the little and cold coffee they left, as the staff did not bring another coffee jug.

Nice hotel in a small German city. We stayed there 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are big and everything is there. Swimming pool was also great to have, unfortunately the sauna was not available. However we got coupon for another place to compensate. Breakfast was really tasty and diverse. Overall, I was happy. The bathroom was new with a large shower. What I was missing were towel rails at the head of the shower, you had to step out of it to dry off. What annoyed me, however, was that my breakfast table, which I had for two days, was suddenly reserved for another gentleman, and I was assigned a cat table with a pillar in front of me. This is a no-go .. and does not work at all ..
