In addition, toilet was extremely dirty with stains all over and we were told these can’t be cleaned. Exactly what i would have expected from a premium luxury resort. Never again.

The perfect place if you like it a bit more quiet and enjoy great food.
The level is very high. Example: not only a great selection of fruit at the breakfast buffet no it’s clearly hand selected for really tasty ones.
Audience is more in the nature side and the hotel
Is not that catered for children.
For us it’s the perfect place to be.
We stopped just for a cold beer and had the BEST Black Angus steak EVER. Although we weren't guests and looked tired and dirty (we were riding motorcycles) we were welcome accepted, got a table and ate the best meal ever.
Five stars SUPERIOR does mean something. Incredible reception, amazing and professional staff. GRAND chef!
