While we didn't stay at the hotel, we popped in for a coffee and cake (the apple cake was AMAZING), and had a lovely time with our daughter. It is very quiet and peaceful, we wished we could have stayed. It definitely isn't a place you would come to without knowing it's there - we were lucky because we thought we were going to just a cafe nearby, and then discovered this!

A very comfortable and cozy spa hotel. Ot has so many nice facilities for children! My favourite is mouse cinema: one can get there only through the small entrance and inside it looks like a small cave with the big TV showing cartoons. A lot of toys and nice game room. SPA itself is very relaxing and comfortable. Gym room is very well equipped. Outside playground is full of interesting stuff like swings...

I think it's awesome! There are nice things to do (like going for a walk) and there is a beautiful view! Kids aren't bored either!

There were a few years ago. It has, and everything is very well-liked. Starting with the friendliness, the food a dream, the facilities in the house (Sauna, steam bath, fitness room) to the location .... Everything was perfect and very happy again.

Personal war sehr nett, Frühstück reichhaltig und gut, Ausstattung sehr schön, Bett bequem, kostenloses Mineralwasser auf Zimmer super, kostenlose Getränkeauswahl super.

I did a cure at the Hotel Falter in Bad Reichenhall for 2 weeks. I would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to all the good spirits in the house. Extremely nice and courteous staff. I would particularly like to highlight the applications of the spa department. Recommended at any time.

Amazing experience on looking the mountains in Bad Reichenhall. I would encourage any tourist to take this hotel into consideration. They are extremely accommodating and the rooms are very clean. Definitely live up to the “superior” quality they claim to have at their establishment.

Highly recommended, owners ask the day in advance what they want for breakfast and organize it. Fresh fruit every day, etc. Great room service, whether daily cleaning or coffee in the room. The location is also great, direct view of the mountains and 10 cyclists come there max 2 cars over. Very good starting point for activities. Price / performance 10 points. always

Great overall package with the unique convertible bathroom as a highlight. Constantly striving for innovations (spacious winter garden and extensions in the outdoor area). Service leaves nothing to be desired. Very good price-performance ratio. Conclusion: highly recommended!

We are excited. The apartment is huge. Everything is there and sparkling clean. The beds are comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. From sausage, cheese, fruit and everything available. Just great.

Above all, the guesthouse convinces with its extremely friendly hosts and the beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the breakfast was great and left nothing to be desired.

We were welcomed and given our guest cards, the first time we were given an explanation that these gives free bus travel; this was really useful as we had to take a bus the next day. Our rooms were lovely; I was in the annexe with a ground floor while my niece was in the main hotel (4th floor). Went hear with my girlfriend before a spa day Friendly staff -they can speak English and have an English menus. The food was really good and the beer was amazing- so tasty. They have a wide variety of German food and beers to choose from. The location is great too- right in the middle of town Highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay during our cycle trip along the Tauern Path. Helpful staff kindly upgraded us to a larger room. Delicious meal in the restaurant and great beer brewed on the premises. Good breakfast too.

A quiet comfortable place to stay. The staff could not have been more welcoming, we immediately felt like we were at the home of friends. Sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by, falling out the front door onto the Therme, walking along the river and strolling through the park and into the town were all bonus points. The entire team is very friendly, helpful and courteous. I felt very well. The room was clean and everything was there that you need. I slept great. The breakfast was very good and the ladies in the service tried very hard to fulfill every guest's needs. So I gave it the top grade 1 *. If I'm in the area again, I'd love to come back. We had 8 nights and were very satisfied. The hotel is very central. The staff, especially the lady at breakfast is very, very nice (best breakfast egg) We can recommend the hotel and would love to come back :)

Very courteous and nice service by a small and friendly team characterize this hotel as well as the great location near the spa park and a (bus) train station. The rooms have a bit of rustic charm, but that doesn't detract from the comfort. All common and expected standards are more than met. Definitely recommended.

Very friendly and attentive staff, from the breakfast lady to the front desk. We really enjoyed our short break. Family, warm atmosphere in the house altogether. Room clean and well maintained, Art Nouveau balcony very romantic.

It's a lovely hotel in a beautiful town and it has an adorable view, we have 2 rooms with a long balcony (rooms 7 & 8 ) It is around 7 minutes walking to the train station The rooms are clean and tidy The owners and staff are very welcoming and nice people they make you feel as at your home The only negative thing: the internet connection was very bad except that every thing was perfect

It’s tight on the actual property but there is parking nearby about .5 miles (10 min walk) free 6p to 9am. You can also ask to rent the car port for 5/ night which I think is good at least for your first...

I wish I had found this place sooner. Very convenient location. Close enough to town to easily walk around. Clean, comfortable, & of great value for the price. Very good breakfast and accommodating staff. Genuinely a five star experience. I've already booked my return trip here!

We were there for 8 days. Very nice hotel, nice view. Large modern clean rooms. Hygiene concept implemented very well. However, the breakfast was very limited and without variety.

Staff friendly, rooms clean. The rooms are perhaps a bit old-fashioned, but we knew that beforehand. The corona ordinance is implemented well and sensibly, you feel safe. Overall, I am satisfied.
