We were with 2 small children, and we got a large apartment that fits our needs exactly. Everything was clean and tidy, excellent breakfast, the staff is very friendly and nice, and the location is simply stunning!

For a group of 10 pax, it was too late for us to book a hotel in Salzberg, it came to be the back up for us to book this hotel because it is quite fae away from Salzberg.

We used this hotel as our base to explore Salzburg and its beautiful surroundings, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is new, with a modern and up-to-date design. We only stayed for a night (arriving after midnight) Very kind staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Furniture, carpets and curtains have seen better days, but you still feel the style and class it used to have. Beds were perfect, showers worked perfectly. We enjoyed the short stay and have no complaints.

Best stake in have had in Germany and a wonderful staff. Delicious 5 course meal with surf and turf for 40 Euro. Definitely a great find. Side not - in Germany is a standard to cook a steak medium. You have to ask cooked differently. I had mine medium rare and it was perfect.

This was one of the most excellent stays I've had at any hotel in awhile! It is reminiscent of a time when customer service at hotels was highly valued. The hotel was amazing. The beds are comfortable. The shower has amazing water pressure. The water is from the mountains and unfiltered. The breakfast has a huge selection of foods, including bacon and eggs, fancy cheeses, a yogurt bar, self-serve organic tea station with cotton bags to make your own teas, Kombucha, pastries, and more. We were supposed to stay at this wonderful hotel for two days, but our airline saw fit to only have one airplane and we missed an entire day due to their incompetence. We had a fantastic experience at Klosterhof. The staff made us feel so welcome and well looked after. The rooms are amazing, it is worth getting the rooms with the views of the mountains. The spa and pool are gorgeous and so clean. The food is exceptional and the ambiance in the restaurant changes to suit each meal. We are accustomed to five star hotels, but this one is now top of our list of places...

While we didn't stay at the hotel, we popped in for a coffee and cake (the apple cake was AMAZING), and had a lovely time with our daughter. It is very quiet and peaceful, we wished we could have stayed. It definitely isn't a place you would come to without knowing it's there - we were lucky because we thought we were going to just a cafe nearby, and then discovered this!

A very comfortable and cozy spa hotel. Ot has so many nice facilities for children! My favourite is mouse cinema: one can get there only through the small entrance and inside it looks like a small cave with the big TV showing cartoons. A lot of toys and nice game room. There were a few years ago. It has, and everything is very well-liked. Starting with the friendliness, the food a dream, the facilities in the house (Sauna, steam bath, fitness room) to the location .... Everything was perfect and very happy again.

Amazing experience on looking the mountains in Bad Reichenhall. I would encourage any tourist to take this hotel into consideration. They are extremely accommodating and the rooms are very clean. Definitely live up to the “superior” quality they claim to have at their establishment.

Perfect hotel for our family if four. Room was spacious and loved the kitchenette. Daily breakfast room was lovely and tons of quality choices. The scrambled eggs were amazing. There was a little path to walk down to the pedestrian district in town. It was a short and peaceful little walk to dinner. After 5pm, late check-in is required and we have just done that. You just have to contact the hotel (I did it via email) and they will send you instructions on how to perform the late check-in. We were a big group of 48 people, the hotel is big enough for groups. The communication with the staff was excelent, Mr. Bazala came 20 km to invite us and bring us our guests cards. Great Mountain Getaway Easy after hours self check in. Breakfast was superb and had a great mountain view!!!! Restaurant was under construction and there was no access to the outdoor seating area, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Super safe hotel. There were 20 to 30 police officers staying at the hotel and it seemed to be a normal thing.

Nice hotel but don't ask for peanuts. Everything was great, friendly staff, room, pillows and breakfast. But when I asked for some peanuts together with my beer I discovered that the 2 small handfull portions I received were billed for 3.60 euro's, more expensive then my beer! Buy your peanuts at the supermarket.

Should be a separate floor for people with dogs.

The hotel was great, as usual, especially the breakfast. Just one thing - I used to be able to charge my rental electric car in the parking garage. This was not possible due to technical issues. Very nice hotel Overall, it's a very nice hotel. The in-room fridge was not obvious to me and I didn't find it until my second day. No coffee maker or kettle in the room and the machine in the lobby for coffee is not self-service. Good location for the railway station, cafes and grocery stores. Staff friendly and spoke good English.

Beautiful location right next to a wellness park. 1 street from the main road. Train and bus station right there. Info center were great service and know their information, very helpful. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Loved the area and will be back.

The property is located directly beside a beautiful park. Sadly, it was closed for visitors due to some event/cincert which went long into the night. We did enjoy it though as our room faced the park. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to wal to a restaurant for a great tapas dinner. It’s all about the small things! Enjoyed our stay again at this hotel. The only complaint I have is about the coffee in the coffee machine. I understand that the coffee pods are expensive but to be told I would need to buy replacements was not nice . 4 pots were left for two people and we were staying for 6 nights. Very mean! Breakfast was good and reception was friendly.

It is the attention to detail that makes this place a cut above the rest. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh ingredients. A quiet comfortable place to stay. The staff could not have been more welcoming, we immediately felt like we were at the home of friends. Sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by, falling out the front door onto the Therme, walking along the river and strolling through the park and into the town were all bonus points. An absolute recommendation! You feel very comfortable from the start in this family-run hotel. The hostesses are very attentive and create a great feeling of welcome. Value for money is very good and the location (5 minutes from the thermal baths and 10 minutes from the city center) and parking spaces directly on the property are an absolute plus.
