We had a wedding in the area and we decided to extend our stay a bit longer so we started looking for a modern wellness hotel. This was the only one we found in the area and it was definitely the right decision, we will definitely come back again.

One of the best hotels I have been to. The Klosterhof is a gorgeous, cozy, modern hotel nestled in the middle of nature in the Reichenhaller mountain range. It is the perfect place to relax and get soothing treatments in a luxurious spa. We have been there for 3 years in a row. Every time we are delighted again, how beautiful it is! Until we found another wellness hotel that could compare with the monastery courtyard! Rooms, staff, service, furnishings, equipment, apps - all more than deserved 5 stars 😊

Unfortunately, we only stayed here for three days. We really enjoyed. The staff are friendly and always try to make your stay enjoyable. We had a room with a jacuzzi and a sauna... plus a great view of the Predigtstuhl... just great. The wellness center is just beautiful. We will definitely return.

I felt very comfortable in this modern hotel. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention, it is excellent. Here two ladies and a gentleman stood out for their competence, friendliness and quality of service. Every hotel manager can count themselves lucky to have such excellent staff on their team.

This hotel has a prime location! It’s so close to everything. There is some free parallel parking across the street. You can reach pretty much everything by foot. The room was clean, the bathroom a bit old but still clean. Breakfast is included and served on the 5th floor with a pretty nice view.

Room was large and we'll maintained. It was a bit warm with no A/C so we had to prop open the windows and door both in the day and through the evening as well.

Best place to stay. Very clean, amazing views, and we're taken care of extremely well by the employees. They really went above and beyond to help us find food late at night after our very long trip. We will definitely come back. Also, the wellness area was very nice too. Thanks for making our honeymoon special!

Very well appointed hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. Everywhere is spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff and perfectly situated next to a lovely park. Town is a 2 min walk away.

Galerie hotel really made our holiday count ! Next time we visit Bad Reichenhall we will surely stay in the Galerie hotel because of the beautifull room with the best housekeeping in Germany and great service in the restaurant. The waiter really made our day and also the food they served was delicious.

We only stayed for a night (arriving after midnight) Very kind staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Furniture, carpets and curtains have seen better days, but you still feel the style and class it used to have. Beds were perfect, showers worked perfectly. We enjoyed the short stay and have no complaints.

Hotel and room are nice. Breakfast has omelette, bacon, bread and yoghurt. In the evening the staff is quite rude and not very service minded. I had to ask 3 times to get a beer to the table even if it was not very busy. They always complain if you try to move a chair or table to sit together as a group.

Good hotel with excellent service. Rooms were clean and tidy, looked modern and spacious. We got free tea, coffee and water from the Automat in the restaurant. Location was top notch with a view of the mountains. 10 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and bus stop makes it perfect for people who use public transport. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay while in the Bad Reichenhall area. It's a modern and chic hotel, with a nice and happening Bar-Restaurant on the ground floor. It is a kid-friendly place where you can bring your kids. Location is prominent and well nestled in the town of Bad Reichenhall. Parking is limited and expensive. Better to not bring your car here.

The room was clean and the breakfast was also good. Very good cofee. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a PUB where you can have dinner in a nice atmosphere.

Best stake in have had in Germany and a wonderful staff. Delicious 5 course meal with surf and turf for 40 Euro. Definitely a great find. Side not - in Germany is a standard to cook a steak medium. You have to ask cooked differently. I had mine medium rare and it was perfect.

A bit pricey but we decided to stay overnight last minute so not a lot of choices. Wonderful staff and great restaurant attached. Parking extra per day.

In short, I feel like I paid more money for the room and services. Positive: 1. Breakfast had good options. 2. Staffs are friendly. 3. Adequate tourist attraction flyers available at hotel reception. Negative: 1. There are no enough parking spaces and then you have to pay for parking. 2. The room is small and it lacks a character. The room is boring. 3. The mattress is not comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, 4 minutes from station. Perhaps in this convenience and end. This hotel is really nice. Rooms are very clean, very nice view from the windows. The food in its restaurant is made in a very efficient manner. The chief can make a special food for your needs. Inside the passages of the hotel you will have a very nice experience. I wonder how beautiful it will be in the Christmas!

Rating only refers to the food: very tasty apple strudel, delicious soup and vital salad! Nice service. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, we found it difficult to find the way to the hotel-restaurant entrance, as we came from the hike on foot and thus from below/below the hotel. Anyone arriving by car will be navigated directly to the entrance.

The "travel group Walther" was a guest in this beautiful hotel this weekend. The service, the food, this all-round carefree package.....can only be recommended. Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars, but it should really be 10. That's why 👍 thumbs up, always worth a trip.

I did a cure at the Hotel Falter in Bad Reichenhall for 2 weeks. I would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to all the good spirits in the house. Extremely nice and courteous staff. I would particularly like to highlight the applications of the spa department. Recommended at any time.

Amazing experience on looking the mountains in Bad Reichenhall. I would encourage any tourist to take this hotel into consideration. They are extremely accommodating and the rooms are very clean. Definitely live up to the “superior” quality they claim to have at their establishment.

Family run hotel to high standards. We were warmly welcomed, rooms nicely finished, clean and had ceiling fans too. Very good breakfast. Hotel is situated just outside the city centre and it's only a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. I highly recommend it.

We are excited. The apartment is huge. Everything is there and sparkling clean. The beds are comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. From sausage, cheese, fruit and everything available. Just great.

The ambiance throughout the hotel is tasteful and harmonious. The quality of the furnishings is impeccable both in the rooms and in the free access areas. The staff is very friendly, helpful and charming, you feel comfortable upon your arrival. While we didn't stay at the hotel, we popped in for a coffee and cake (the apple cake was AMAZING), and had a lovely time with our daughter. It is very quiet and peaceful, we wished we could have stayed. It definitely isn't a place you would come to without knowing it's there - we were lucky because we thought we were going to just a cafe nearby, and then discovered this!

A very comfortable and cozy spa hotel. Ot has so many nice facilities for children! My favourite is mouse cinema: one can get there only through the small entrance and inside it looks like a small cave with the big TV showing cartoons. A lot of toys and nice game room. SPA itself is very relaxing and comfortable. Gym room is very well equipped. Outside playground is full of interesting stuff like swings...

We had a very pleasant stay during our cycle trip along the Tauern Path. Helpful staff kindly upgraded us to a larger room. Delicious meal in the restaurant and great beer brewed on the premises. Good breakfast too.
