Nice hotel but don't ask for peanuts. Everything was great, friendly staff, room, pillows and breakfast. But when I asked for some peanuts together with my beer I discovered that the 2 small handfull portions I received were billed for 3.60 euro's, more expensive then my beer! Buy your peanuts at the supermarket.

Should be a separate floor for people with dogs.

The hotel was great, as usual, especially the breakfast. Just one thing - I used to be able to charge my rental electric car in the parking garage. This was not possible due to technical issues. Very nice hotel Overall, it's a very nice hotel. The in-room fridge was not obvious to me and I didn't find it until my second day. No coffee maker or kettle in the room and the machine in the lobby for coffee is not self-service. Good location for the railway station, cafes and grocery stores. It’s all about the small things! Enjoyed our stay again at this hotel. The only complaint I have is about the coffee in the coffee machine. I understand that the coffee pods are expensive but to be told I would need to buy replacements was not nice . 4 pots were left for two people and we were staying for 6 nights. Very mean! Rating only refers to the food: very tasty apple strudel, delicious soup and vital salad! Nice service. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, we found it difficult to find the way to the hotel-restaurant entrance, as we came from the hike on foot and thus from below/below the hotel. Anyone arriving by car will be navigated directly to the entrance.

It was a very nice week at the Kochhof, the landlords are nice and we immediately felt welcome. There is a great bread service, a great view and the larger cities can be reached in a few minutes. We would love to come back and the next time longer.

Our room was very sizeable, as we were even upgraded from a Double to Apartment free of charge. The bed was very comfortable and everything about the room was clean and in good working order. The amenities with the Sauna and Swimming Pool were top notch, though being limited to one household due to Corona restriction for the Sauna, though they had one inside and a smaller hut just outside the door...

Great hotel, very nice staff. The view of our room was amazing, I could just sit there for hours enjoying the view and great weather. I don't recommend the restaurant though. The breakfast is also good but the worst thing is the sleep experience with super noisy and uncomfortable beds with and very warm blankets, opening windows did not also help sleeping. Had dinner in the restaurant on a Friday night. Really nice live music and a fun environment. The only thing that I would point out was that service was a bit slow and, when we asked for a bag for our meal, the waiter brought a piece of aluminium foil and left, we had to put the food there ourselves, which was a bit odd since all other restaurants we've been to in Germany have always packed the meals...

This hotel has everything you could ever want if Berchtesgaden. Many of the staff speak English, and most are very helpful. The rooms are made on a punctual manner and the meals are excellent. Nice accommodation. Everything was fine. The family lives in the same house, which is of course not a bad thing, but it is sometimes louder. I found it a bit annoying in the morning. When showering there are only small towels to dry off with.

Stayed with Fam. Koll for 1 week. Super nice hosts, very clean and cozy rooms, great varied breakfast and service. There is always access to cold drinks. We felt very comfortable. Kind regards Kerstin and Stephan😊

We spent a week on holiday at the property with our two children. The Koll family is really great :) . Nice, helpful and above all down-to-earth people. You put a lot of hard work and love into your farm. Everything was very clean and really comfortable. The FWH had 2. The rooms are clean and tidy, although there is no soap, shampoo or a hairdryer. Given the price of the room, the breakfast could be a little more varied. Great location, easy to reach everything on foot. Or by bus Good connection. Very beautiful and well-kept farm, you can see that everything is done with a lot of love and passion. Familie Koll ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Zimmer sind schön und haben eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Auch ein Balkon ist vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Es gibt u.a. frische Milch und leckere Marmeladen. Parkplätze sind auf dem Hof vorhanden.
