Nice hotel but don't ask for peanuts. Everything was great, friendly staff, room, pillows and breakfast. But when I asked for some peanuts together with my beer I discovered that the 2 small handfull portions I received were billed for 3.60 euro's, more expensive then my beer! Buy your peanuts at the supermarket.

Should be a separate floor for people with dogs.

Exceptional service and friendly staff

The hotel was great, as usual, especially the breakfast. Just one thing - I used to be able to charge my rental electric car in the parking garage. This was not possible due to technical issues. The charging station was out of order, with no information as to when this would be fixed. Please fix asap. Thanks, Mike Koehler

Very nice hotel Overall, it's a very nice hotel. The in-room fridge was not obvious to me and I didn't find it until my second day. No coffee maker or kettle in the room and the machine in the lobby for coffee is not self-service. Good location for the railway station, cafes and grocery stores. Staff friendly and spoke good English.

We only stayed for a night (arriving after midnight) Very kind staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Furniture, carpets and curtains have seen better days, but you still feel the style and class it used to have. Beds were perfect, showers worked perfectly. We enjoyed the short stay and have no complaints.

Awesome room with great views. Great beds accommodation s we're fantastic. Food was delicious and the buffet had more selections of food than I had experienced anywhere.

We chose a hotel near the Rupertus Therme complex. It consists of two buildings with an underground passage. We had the chance to stay in both, because we made two reservations due to the flight delays. We were with 2 small children, and we got a large apartment that fits our needs exactly. Everything was clean and tidy, excellent breakfast, the staff is very friendly and nice, and the location is simply stunning!

Best stake in have had in Germany and a wonderful staff. Delicious 5 course meal with surf and turf for 40 Euro. Definitely a great find. Side not - in Germany is a standard to cook a steak medium. You have to ask cooked differently. I had mine medium rare and it was perfect.

We had a fantastic experience at Klosterhof. The staff made us feel so welcome and well looked after. The rooms are amazing, it is worth getting the rooms with the views of the mountains. The spa and pool are gorgeous and so clean. The food is exceptional and the ambiance in the restaurant changes to suit each meal. We are accustomed to five star hotels, but this one is now top of our list of places...

Amazing Hotel & Spa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came here to do a little business and see our friends in Salzburg. It had a 10 out of 10 rating and it does NOT disappoint. It has a nice little gym, a pool that when empty is a fine lap pool and an outdoor jacuzzi with amazing hiking trails and views of the mountains . I wish we had time to get a massage or other services but too busy and chose the electric bikes...

This was one of the most excellent stays I've had at any hotel in awhile! It is reminiscent of a time when customer service at hotels was highly valued. The hotel was amazing. The beds are comfortable. The shower has amazing water pressure. The water is from the mountains and unfiltered. The breakfast has a huge selection of foods, including bacon and eggs, fancy cheeses, a yogurt bar, self-serve organic tea station with cotton bags to make your own teas, Kombucha, pastries, and more. They even have a roof top porch where you can enjoy breakfast...

This is a wonderful hotel in Bad Reichenhall. We were supposed to stay at this wonderful hotel for two days, but our airline saw fit to only have one airplane and we missed an entire day due to their incompetence. Beautiful location right next to a wellness park. 1 street from the main road. Train and bus station right there. Info center were great service and know their information, very helpful. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Loved the area and will be back.

I barely have the words to describe our perfect holiday at Seeblick. I wish I could give it 10 stars. From the first moment you drive up to the hotel it's just wonderful. Nestled in the mountains, with rolling green meadows all around, it's like driving into picture book paradise. While we didn't stay at the hotel, we popped in for a coffee and cake (the apple cake was AMAZING), and had a lovely time with our daughter. It is very quiet and peaceful, we wished we could have stayed. It definitely isn't a place you would come to without knowing it's there - we were lucky because we thought we were going to just a cafe nearby, and then discovered this!

A very comfortable and cozy spa hotel. Ot has so many nice facilities for children! My favourite is mouse cinema: one can get there only through the small entrance and inside it looks like a small cave with the big TV showing cartoons. A lot of toys and nice game room. SPA itself is very relaxing and comfortable. Gym room is very well equipped. Outside playground is full of interesting stuff like swings...

Everything was perfect: the location, the welcome, the breakfast, the parking, and the room. The only small downside was the gym, which is too small and not well equipped. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

For a group of 10 pax, it was too late for us to book a hotel in Salzberg, it came to be the back up for us to book this hotel because it is quite fae away from Salzberg.

We used this hotel as our base to explore Salzburg and its beautiful surroundings, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is new, with a modern and up-to-date design. The facilities are also very nice—we especially appreciated the balcony and the nice views of the Alps. We didn’t have time to try the sauna, but maybe next time! One small addition that would improve the experience...

The entire team is very friendly, helpful and courteous. I felt very well. The room was clean and everything was there that you need. I slept great. Very courteous and nice service by a small and friendly team characterize this hotel as well as the great location near the spa park and a (bus) train station. The rooms have a bit of rustic charm, but that doesn't detract from the comfort. All common and expected standards are more than met. Definitely recommended.

I wish I had found this place sooner. Very convenient location. Close enough to town to easily walk around. Clean, comfortable, & of great value for the price. Very good breakfast and accommodating staff. Genuinely a five star experience. I've already booked my return trip here!

We were there for 8 days. Very nice hotel, nice view. Large modern clean rooms. Hygiene concept implemented very well. However, the breakfast was very limited and without variety.

Staff friendly, rooms clean. The rooms are perhaps a bit old-fashioned, but we knew that beforehand. The corona ordinance is implemented well and sensibly, you feel safe. Overall, I am satisfied.
