We were with 2 small children, and we got a large apartment that fits our needs exactly. Everything was clean and tidy, excellent breakfast, the staff is very friendly and nice, and the location is simply stunning!

For a group of 10 pax, it was too late for us to book a hotel in Salzberg, it came to be the back up for us to book this hotel because it is quite fae away from Salzberg.

We used this hotel as our base to explore Salzburg and its beautiful surroundings, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is new, with a modern and up-to-date design. The facilities are also very nice—we especially appreciated the balcony and the nice views of the Alps. We didn’t have time to try the sauna, but maybe next time! We had a fantastic experience at Klosterhof. The staff made us feel so welcome and well looked after. The rooms are amazing, it is worth getting the rooms with the views of the mountains. It has a nice little gym, a pool that when empty is a fine lap pool and an outdoor jacuzzi with amazing hiking trails and views of the mountains . We only stayed for a night (arriving after midnight) Very kind staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Furniture, carpets and curtains have seen better days, but you still feel the style and class it used to have. Beds were perfect, showers worked perfectly. We enjoyed the short stay and have no complaints.

Wonderful rooms, incredibly helpful staff, and a sumptuous breakfast that will keep you hiking long enough to reach the mountain restaurant for a late afternoon lunch.

While we didn't stay at the hotel, we popped in for a coffee and cake (the apple cake was AMAZING), and had a lovely time with our daughter. It is very quiet and peaceful, we wished we could have stayed. It definitely isn't a place you would come to without knowing it's there - we were lucky because we thought we were going to just a cafe nearby, and then discovered this!

A very comfortable and cozy spa hotel. Ot has so many nice facilities for children! My favourite is mouse cinema: one can get there only through the small entrance and inside it looks like a small cave with the big TV showing cartoons. A lot of toys and nice game room. SPA itself is very relaxing and comfortable. Gym room is very well equipped. Outside playground is full of interesting stuff like swings...

There were a few years ago. It has, and everything is very well-liked. Starting with the friendliness, the food a dream, the facilities in the house (Sauna, steam bath, fitness room) to the location .... Everything was perfect and very happy again.

Nice hotel but don't ask for peanuts. Everything was great, friendly staff, room, pillows and breakfast. But when I asked for some peanuts together with my beer I discovered that the 2 small handfull portions I received were billed for 3.60 euro's, more expensive then my beer! Buy your peanuts at the supermarket.

Should be a separate floor for people with dogs.

The hotel was great, as usual, especially the breakfast. Just one thing - I used to be able to charge my rental electric car in the parking garage. This was not possible due to technical issues. The charging station was out of order, with no information as to when this would be fixed. Please fix asap. Thanks, Mike Koehler

Very nice hotel Overall, it's a very nice hotel. The in-room fridge was not obvious to me and I didn't find it until my second day. No coffee maker or kettle in the room and the machine in the lobby for coffee is not self-service. Good location for the railway station, cafes and grocery stores. Staff friendly and spoke good English.

Beautiful location right next to a wellness park. 1 street from the main road. Train and bus station right there. Info center were great service and know their information, very helpful. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Loved the area and will be back.

The property is located directly beside a beautiful park. Sadly, it was closed for visitors due to some event/cincert which went long into the night. We did enjoy it though as our room faced the park. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to wal to a restaurant for a great tapas dinner. Definitely loved the vibe of this town, very quiet and safe. Would love to go back to enjoy the park...

It’s all about the small things! Enjoyed our stay again at this hotel. The only complaint I have is about the coffee in the coffee machine. I understand that the coffee pods are expensive but to be told I would need to buy replacements was not nice . 4 pots were left for two people and we were staying for 6 nights. Very mean! Breakfast was good and reception was friendly.

This hotel is really nice. Rooms are very clean, very nice view from the windows. The food in its restaurant is made in a very efficient manner. The chief can make a special food for your needs. Inside the passages of the hotel you will have a very nice experience. I wonder how beautiful it will be in the Christmas!

Rating only refers to the food: very tasty apple strudel, delicious soup and vital salad! Nice service. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, we found it difficult to find the way to the hotel-restaurant entrance, as we came from the hike on foot and thus from below/below the hotel. Anyone arriving by car will be navigated directly to the entrance.

The "travel group Walther" was a guest in this beautiful hotel this weekend. The service, the food, this all-round carefree package.....can only be recommended. Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars, but it should really be 10. That's why 👍 thumbs up, always worth a trip.

The entire team is very friendly, helpful and courteous. I felt very well. The room was clean and everything was there that you need. I slept great. The breakfast was very good and the ladies in the service tried very hard to fulfill every guest's needs. So I gave it the top grade 1 *. If I'm in the area again, I'd love to come back. We had 8 nights and were very satisfied. The hotel is very central. The staff, especially the lady at breakfast is very, very nice (best breakfast egg) We can recommend the hotel and would love to come back :)

Very courteous and nice service by a small and friendly team characterize this hotel as well as the great location near the spa park and a (bus) train station. The rooms have a bit of rustic charm, but that doesn't detract from the comfort. All common and expected standards are more than met. Definitely recommended.

It's a lovely hotel in a beautiful town and it has an adorable view, we have 2 rooms with a long balcony (rooms 7 & 8 ) It is around 7 minutes walking to the train station The rooms are clean and tidy The owners and staff are very welcoming and nice people they make you feel as at your home The only negative thing: the internet connection was very bad except that every thing was perfect

It’s tight on the actual property but there is parking nearby about .5 miles (10 min walk) free 6p to 9am. You can also ask to rent the car port for 5/ night which I think is good at least for your first...

I wish I had found this place sooner. Very convenient location. Close enough to town to easily walk around. Clean, comfortable, & of great value for the price. Very good breakfast and accommodating staff. Genuinely a five star experience. I've already booked my return trip here!

We were there for 8 days. Very nice hotel, nice view. Large modern clean rooms. Hygiene concept implemented very well. However, the breakfast was very limited and without variety.

Staff friendly, rooms clean. The rooms are perhaps a bit old-fashioned, but we knew that beforehand. The corona ordinance is implemented well and sensibly, you feel safe. Overall, I am satisfied.
