No lift and no air conditioning. Weather perhaps unseasonably hot. Room stifling and fan did nothing at all to help even with the window open, Hotel well positioned and central. Rooms nice apart from heat.
The location was good because it was close to the central station and the concert hall.
There are many restaurants nearby, and you can walk along the Rhine River if you walk a little.
The room was clean and all the facilities were good.
However, there was no elevator, so it was difficult to go up and down the spiral staircase to the 4th floor.
I think it would be difficult for people with a lot of luggage.
