Nice clean rooms, nice breakfast, but hostess is no longer friendly if we didn't buy wine from them. In the evening it is not allowed to sit in the guest room and it is not possible to get coffee, tea or soft drinks.

Stayed here many years ago, it was a total delight. The murals and architecture were so evocative of the Jugendstil epoch. We had a suite overlooking the river, which was a fairy tale setting. Walking the town and biking along the river - unforgettable. You can make this hotel and the surrounding area the focal point of a vacation and be thrilled you did.

Just got back from a 3-night stay at this beautiful hotel. The first thing to say is that the customer service could not have been better. Every staff member was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The spa facilities are gorgeous and wonderfully kept. I had two treatments, very relaxing. The food and wine was delicious. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Sat on the riverside terrace, very lovely to be fair. Took a while to get served, staff on duty went from 1 to 3 suddenly so someone came to our table. A few nice things on the menu but zero vegan options including the potato soup. We were hungry and could not eat, had a drink and left. Surely the folks running this smart running place could offer something 🤔?

Absolutely perfect one night stay. Suites are stunning with a view straight over the Mosel and across the bridge to the town. Gym facilities and pool all top quality, only slight disappointment was sauna not being open before 11am. Service was incredibly friendly and all the amenities you could ever need.

The best staff I have ever had help us! We showed up late and they still served us dinner and made us warm drink too warm up after 12 hours on bicycle! Room was great and we slept amazingly also! The building is straight from a fairytale, it dates from the 14th century. The additional building with accommodation rooms is from 1774. Just renovated with modern bathrooms. Very friendly host and interesting art on display, too. Highly recommended.

Three of us stayed here for one night (2 adults and 1 dog). The room was very clean and even had a kitchenette, allowing for a longer stay and self catering. The price is in the upper mid range, which is totally justified. The breakfast was plentiful and had a little bit of everything. You are kindly asked if you want coffee or scrambled eggs. The owner will spoil you.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of the city, restaurant and bar was outstanding with the whole crew friendly and helpful. Missing one star due to my room not being able to control the temp and got quite chilly at night also didn't understand why the electric stayed on when I left my room. Normally you have a place to insert your card but I had none.

We spent an incredible weekend at this lovely B&B run ever so lovingly by Raphael and his family. The house is not only gorgeous from the outside but has been painstakingly decked with handpicked things to marry beautiful design and comfort. This is the second time we have been to Villa Hausmann. We took advantage of the "Trial Weekend" offer. We really enjoyed the wine tasting, a lot was explained about the wines and questions were answered. The food for the wine tasting was perfectly coordinated and very delicious. Very professional and helpful service. During a recent cycle tour we visited several hotels and Wellnesshotel Kessler-Meyer was by-far the best organised and efficient. Able to still give a excellent service under the new restrictions. Meal time options are organised through a web app which still allowed a good menu selection without the need to fill in manual forms or wait in a queue to be served...
