Beautiful property... about a 25min walk to historical down town. You can take a cab but it’s a awesome walk thought wine country! The hotel staff was very nice this is a large property with lots todo.

The experience is all round one of the best wellness hotels we ever stayed in. All staff was freindly and helpfull. The wellness area has a lot to offer and the food in the restaurant was exelent and full off choices. Lots of vegan choises every day. We are already planning our next stay with them.

The Hotel is really niced. We stayed 2 mights and we had a very nice room with a Spa Bath. The room was clean but I was not really happy that they only clean the rokms every second day. They might do it for energy but why do we need to pay an energy tax? Breakfast was very good. The wellness is big and everyone is very friendly.

Unfortunately, the resort is not well-suited for infants. With no changing table on any toilet nearby, we once had to change a smelly diaper on a bench in the restaurant. This beautiful hotel on the Mosel bank has multiple buildings where the rooms are lokated. We were happy to find a spacious, clean room with a nice bed and a good view of the surrounding mountains. Just got back from a 3-night stay at this beautiful hotel. The first thing to say is that the customer service could not have been better. Got there at 21.55, friendly welkome at reception and precise given instructions/explanations. Very clean hotel, room, very comfy beds, 24/7 autoservice for drinks and snaks downstairs and the most delicious breakfast. I believe the surroundings are nice too, pitty we only got there during night and left too early. Deffinitely a place to go again for a longer duration.

Quiet country town stayed here at the winery with family just to relax and unwind

It seems the rooms were just renovated so they are very cozy and clean. The staff was super accommodating and they prepared a la cart Omelettes for breakfast. The hotel is just next to a park and hiking zone which was perfect for me and my dog.

I have stayed here several times over the years. It is always a great experience. The same staff is friendly and speaks English. This is a beautiful hotel, completely tranquil and relaxing. We had a half board deal and were served a delicious four course meal each evening. It was excellent value for money. There's quite a small swimming pool but it was never crowded when we were there. We also used the sauna and jacuzzi. The scenery is stunning.
