Nice clean rooms, nice breakfast, but hostess is no longer friendly if we didn't buy wine from them. In the evening it is not allowed to sit in the guest room and it is not possible to get coffee, tea or soft drinks.

Just got back from a 3-night stay at this beautiful hotel. The first thing to say is that the customer service could not have been better. Every staff member was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The spa facilities are gorgeous and wonderfully kept. I had two treatments, very relaxing. The food and wine was delicious. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Sat on the riverside terrace, very lovely to be fair. Took a while to get served, staff on duty went from 1 to 3 suddenly so someone came to our table. A few nice things on the menu but zero vegan options including the potato soup. We were hungry and could not eat, had a drink and left. Absolutely perfect one night stay. Suites are stunning with a view straight over the Mosel and across the bridge to the town. Gym facilities and pool all top quality, only slight disappointment was sauna not being open before 11am. Service was incredibly friendly and all the amenities you could ever need.

The best staff I have ever had help us! We showed up late and they still served us dinner and made us warm drink too warm up after 12 hours on bicycle! Room was great and we slept amazingly also! Breakfast was just as good. Fresh food and drinks and even cooked extra and special request! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The stay was very successful. The hotel is in the centre of Morbach and has parking right outside the door. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was also very excellent! There was a huge amount of choice. The idea of making your own waffles was great! The hosts were very helpful and very friendly! Highly recommended!

At the time of my visit the hotel was undergoing renovation and modernization without any restrictions. Three of us stayed here for one night (2 adults and 1 dog). The room was very clean and even had a kitchenette, allowing for a longer stay and self catering. The price is in the upper mid range, which is totally justified. The breakfast was plentiful and had a little bit of everything. You are kindly asked if you want coffee or scrambled eggs. The owner will spoil you.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of the city, restaurant and bar was outstanding with the whole crew friendly and helpful. Missing one star due to my room not being able to control the temp and got quite chilly at night also didn't understand why the electric stayed on when I left my room. Trier is lovely to visit. Rooms are comfortable but broken shower fixture did not get fixed and the rooms lack the amenities, such as tea and coffee facilities or a small fridge or Aircon, one might hope for from a 4* venue, which was frustrating given the price.

Great location and very nice staff. There is also kids club and the entertainers were amazing. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking and sightseeing. Mosel is also close by. For the British visitor this hotel is a German experience in the very best sense. The rooms are spotless and decorated in a charming, homely style. The restaurant is excellent and the beer quite superb. The service is excellent and friendly. The only small snag is that it is a little away from the centre but there is a local bus service and good parking so this is a minor issue.

Hands down, THE place to stay when in Trier ! Location is amazing - right in the heart of the old centre with easy parking and delightful shops and walking street just a stone's through from the property. The courtyard restaurant, with its comfy seating, selection of finest beef, including Kobe, fine wines, is a highlight in the region. Service is highly professional on all levels.

This wasn't my first stay here but as always it was very nice. I would advise to book massages ahead of check-in as they are very popular and often fully booked upon arrival. We had a great weekend at Landhaus Müllenborn. The staff were very kind and the food was good. They don't seem very used to cooking for vegetarians but we expected this so it was fine.
