The sauna facilities are exceptional—modern, well-maintained, and usually empty, making it a peaceful retreat. Some upgraded rooms even feature a private sauna en-suite, which adds a luxurious touch. The shower water pressure deserves a mention as it is notably powerful and refreshing.
Breakfast here is plentiful and varied, served in a spacious, calm dining area that allows for a relaxed start to your day. I stay here every time I visit Stuttgart and highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort, relaxation, and great service in the city.

If it weren't for the location (right near Cannstatter Volksfest), this hotel would have been a 1 out of 5 star review.
The staff seemed to be a combination of confused, overwhelmed, and disinterested.
Check-in was mobbed, with one support staff person trying to get everyone checked. She seemed particularly overwhelmed, meanwhile there was someone sitting in an open office 10 feet away looking like she did not care at all. Another staff member peered out, and then decided to just walk away.
The hotel rooms were dirty and showed serious lack of care There was water staining on ceiling, broken shampoo dispensers, shower shelf hanging off wall, holes and stains in the carpet. On top of that, the thermostat looked to be about 100 years old and was unable to cool the room.
The common areas were nice, including the breakfast area and restaurant. However, they were nothing incredible.
Unless you are desperate for the location of the hotel, I would look elsewhere. I have shared all of this feedback with Hilton, and I will update the review if I get a response.
The room is OK, and the sauna is also very comfortable. But you have to walk through the restaurant from the front desk, and there are seven or eight steps, which is inconvenient if you have luggage.
The breakfast is OK.
