Centrally located business hotel in good design. Overall a satisfying stay

I travel alone for work and the underground parking garage is what I really like together with the nice park in front for a walk. Everything in the hotel was perfect nothing to add. Maybe a more modern tv with Netflix that's all👍

We stay 3 day at the end of September. The Hotel is maybe a 10min walk. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is very well done. Bar staff makes a great Old Fashion. Will definitely stay there again.

In the middle of summer they don't have air conditioning to cool things down!! We had to open the window and the bugs came into the room!! Then they brought us a fan for ventilation! I would have been better off staying at home! At least I have insect nets on my windows so no insects can get in... and I don't have to pay for an uncomfortable vacation!! Very nice room with all necessary amenities, very comfortable bed and pillow, good air conditioning and super clean. There is a pool and sauna downstairs, which is really cool. We did not have breakfast but it looked great.

Very clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Bit of mould in the changing room showers at the spa but other than that, it was all good. Small recommendation for the room showers - they only have on/off button and temperature control, so there’s no way to control water pressure like in most hotels. Found this strange.

As I just visited a concert in this hotel I can`t rate the rooms (if guestrooms are meant). But everything I have seen and experienced in this hotel was absolute high class. The location is top because in the city of Bremen where the most sightseeing highliths are and with perfect connection to many public transpost possobilities almost in front of the door.

Stayed three nights. The room was comfortable and clean, but a few issues affected the experience: the shower drain was blocked, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and there were loud repairs happening right next to my room between 9–10 am which is quite early. Excellent location, nice rooms and gorgeous interior. We got a spacious, newly renovated room facing the lobby, which worked well as it was pretty quiet. We each got a queen sized bed and they were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and service. The only downside was the parking, it was €30 euros each night. Great location, tram right outside of hotel, easy walking distance to the centre. Bar & reception staff superb, room itself decent size only issues is bed is low and pillows very flat, and room temperature difficult to control. On request, we were provided a fan very quickly, and this helped 😀

I thought the room was ok but is was very basic. There was no option to make tea or coffee. Also the pillows and blankers were very thin and I couldn’t sleep comfortable because of that. The room was hot and the temperature was hard to manage. First day we did not get hot water in the shower. Location was very good though.

No aircondition Excellent location. Clean room. Breakfast very good. The only issue we had was the room was very hot and it was very incomfortable to sleep because of the heat. NO aircondition is a big issue during hot summer days. A fan was provided but it was not sufficient.

An outdated hotel, but certainly fine. However, our room was next to a busy road, and you could hear all the traffic, and hallway noise was also very noticeable. Otherwise, it's a good hotel for a short stay.

The service was excellent, the rooms were ok and the area was ok. The pool area was much smaller than the pictures and feelt a bit outdated, but it was ok for a quick dip. The area feels a bit shady at night compared to the more Central(tourist areas), and there are about 10 minutes of walk to get there. With all that said, the price was excellent for what you got.

Easy, spacious and nice! Free parking and close to shopping mall

Value for money The hotel was placed in an area that was a little "boring" but the tram to the city center was available 200 meters from the hotel every 10 minutes which was very convenient. If you do do not mind the 15 min. with the tram the hotel was a lot of value for the money with easy parking outside the hotel. The breakfast was very nice and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Easy to get the tram into the centre of Bremen and lots of free parking. We didn’t have a great sleep unfortunately though as the pillows were unsupportive and the room only was quite warm. We did have the windows open all night as there was no air conditioning, but by doing this there was a lot of noise outside. Sadly wouldn’t stay again.

Great room with a view on the Torfkanal. Very patient yet efficient reception. On the Bremen university campus. Lovely academic atmosphere.

Room and utilities are simple but OK. Daily maintenance is not so good. Many basic service (e.g. towel, coffee capsules, trach can clean) are done by customer's request, not automatically. The showering tub is good if you like to a bath. However, there is still some damage (tiles peeling) on the tub. No exhaust fan as well in the bathroom. Only providing one-for-all-body soap, I guess that is not acceptable...

Very close to the university, good public transport to the city centre. (approx. 15 mins tram, 7 mins walk to tram stop). The area is suburban/office location but calm, the hotel is suitable for bussiness/conference. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpfull.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel and had a wonderful time. The service was helpful at all times of the day and we felt very well cared for. The rooms and amenities were clean and well decorated. The small spa is worth a visit, it is very clean and well structured, giving a more spacious appearance. Only the accessibility with public transport is slightly limited but still acceptable.

Air conditioner was not working in hotel. We had to sleep with hotel window open. Restaurant and breakfast area also no air conditioning. We had reserved two hotel rooms and cancelled one two days before and we were charged the second room even though no one used it. Spoke to hotel reception and they confirmed that they had to charge the room and no possibility of refunding. Everything else was fine

MEB Never again AC is only in few rooms and is very noisy. Dinner was disaster. Burned out fried potato. I asked for ketchup did not get it. Price from the roof for dinner. Breakfast also rather limited selection and coffee - it was rather brown water.

Located next to Bremen Airport. There is tram station in front of the hotel to access to the city. The room is not great but good enough for few days stay. The receiptionist is nice greeting people but the manager on duty need more training in serving the people. Do not treat outsiders came to your hotel like a beggar. Restaurant provide a good breakfast. But lunch and dinner could be improve.

Check-in is extremely slow, check-out is also very slow, while other hotels just leave the room card and go.

My bed was rock solid and not very comfy, the sink was consistently blocked and the coat hanger / desk designs do...

From the outside, the charm of 1980s architecture is evident. The rooms have been modernly renovated. But why do hotels have bathtubs? Too small for bathing, and extremely uncomfortable for showering.

Very good service, everything very clean and lovingly decorated. Very good location near the train station. The only drawback was that I had a room facing the street. The window stays closed at night or you use the earplugs provided.

Spacious single room with two large windows. The bed is not very wide, single. I was pleased with the clean, snow-white linen. The bathroom is clean, the shower is not crowded. There is a busy social life outside, you won’t get much sleep in the morning either, everyone starts wandering in the corridor (my room was next to the elevator). Earplugs are helpful (they are lovingly placed on your bed)....

The hotel is not very new, as evidenced by the built-in radio, but overall the renovation is quite recent, the bed is comfortable and they even included earplugs, probably because the windows faced the street. The staff is polite. I chose the hotel because of its good price and maximum proximity to the train station. The center can also be reached on foot.

It's 5 mins walk from the train station and from the historical town center. My room wasn't facing the street so there was no noise concern. The room for one person isn't big and just enough for moving around and bit extra space. There is no refrig. In general ok but a bit pricy for the amenity. Mainly pay for the location.

The hotel is in a great location, right outside the station, which is especially suitable for us who take the Deutsche Bahn to travel. We can leave in 10 minutes before the train departs. Check-in and check-out are very fast. The main attractions of Bremen are within walking distance. The width of a twin bed is about 1.4M, which is also suitable for families with two children.

The hotel is conviently located very close to the central train station. In the pedestrian walk way of the train station take the exit "Bürgerweide/Congress-Centrum" and turn right. It's a decent hotel. Because I came here to participate in a few days of activities, I booked a hotel next to the exhibition hall. It's not far away and it's very convenient. The room is not big, but it's OK for business trips.

This place is in desperate need of an update. It looks like it is stuck in the 2000s. It only gets 3 stars from me because I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and a nice hot cappuccino. Also the bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep (this might have been because of the long though day I had before arriving). Also it was very clean so no complaints on that side. It just looks old and tired

We booked 2 rooms with 5 beds. Unfortunately fully booked and no spare beds left. Only option was a babybed, but the youngest couldnt sleep on this wooden plank of the baby bed. The service for the breakfast is awful. Not enough space, not enough employees to keep the tables clean and point new people to their seats.
