The included breakfast the next morning was a real plus: simple, but tasty and more than enough. When we asked about allergens, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
For a short walk, you can head over to Bremen Airport, which was quite interesting for our child. There’s also an Ariane rocket model nearby, though we didn’t manage to see it this time.
Overall, the value for money was outstanding, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip north!
The adjacent parking garage was a complete catastrophe. Despite being visibly more than 75% empty, it consistently reported as full, preventing us and many other guests from entering. The hotel staff advised us to use street parking, but these spots were scarce and constantly occupied. We, along with other desperate guests, spent a considerable amount of time circling the area in a frustrating and futile search for a spot. In the end, we were forced to park at the airport's short-term garage, which came with a hefty price tag.
This parking situation is a critical flaw that could easily be mitigated with better communication and guidance from the hotel. Lowering my overall rating, I would recommend that anyone traveling to Bremen with a car consider another hotel to avoid this unnecessary stress and expense.
The service for the breakfast is awful. Not enough space, not enough employees to keep the tables clean and point new people to their seats. Most annoying thing is that the plates, knives and forks are not available enough.

First impression, we come in, (around 14:30). Obviously early, room is not ready yet. No problem at all! 15 is 15 o clock.. and we are on a holiday. Staff at the reception seems to be lacking knowledge about the Park and Go deal (gentlemen) , but got Swiftly sorted by a friendly young lady.
Well, after a long ride and with some time to spend... you hop into the bar. You know, like good holidaypeople do.
The bar is not ready. No ice, no change, computer not even running. This despite the sign saying there is a 24 hr bar. Really unprofessional attitude aswell. Almost like they where doing us a favor. I always try to engage people the way i would like to be treated... so i would have to blame this on the staff sadly. Having 20 years in experience working in restaurants and hotels..
Also, there was no Fanta in stock, in Germany.. the land of Fanta...
The (premium😂) room, Big (standing) light not working, cookies under the bedsofa, showerdoor not functioning properly, only 1 towel for 3 persons. Coffeestains in the rug. Only 1 unidentified sort of shower bottle which was obviously not even filled up for us.
Breakfast was ok, nothing great. But in general it was good enough.
Really , really, dissapointed in the hotel.
I would say that rooms and breakfast was very good for the price - we only wanted to sleep one night close to the airport.
People at the reception desk were not particularly enthusiastic and overly friendly.
Ps. The bar closes early, so if you want to have a drink, hop across the street.
Parking available on the street for free during the weekend and the centre was only 15 mins away by car!
Breakfast was fine and once again the service was great. I highly recommend this hotel.
