Great services, comfort and space are great from room to bathroom. Breakfast amazing 🙏🏻 Body soap and shampoo were missing but that's fine. Didn't try the swimming pool but I would love to.

Stayed over for a work trip. Everything was great, except that I could hear my neighbor snoring through the wall. The breakfast is not remarkable. Beds are comfortable and the bar is aesthetic.

The hotel was very clean nice ,the breakfast was brilliant,we didnt have eni problem evrithing was good,only we are littelbit not happy with the sauna and pool that's why we bought a hotel so that we could freshen up a bit but it was closed.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool. It was unfortunately out of order. Apparently this happens more often. It was fixed the next day but no one told us so we missed a chance for a morning swim. Breakfast was ok. Coffee could be better. Kids were hoping for bacon.

It's a reasonable hotel if you don’t look for too much luxury. For us, we only needed to sleep in a clean place, and location was important. This hotel exactly gives this to you. On the other hand, I would like their breakfast to offer more things like croissants, peanut butter, etc. Also, they should have an agreement with the parking garage under the hotel for a better price for the hotel guests

We enjoyed the stay in the hotel very much. Wonderful view on the river. Hotel area is not particularly beautiful (industrial area)but offers plenty of opportunities for walks. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. An issue in the room was solved immediately. Breakfast and dinner was good. Enough reasons to return in future.

A perfect experience! Very friendly staff! The food in the hotel is perfect. The room was also very clean. Very safe hotel you can only enter with your card a really good thing. Even though this hotel might look like a business hotel I really enjoyed it with my family.

Been positively surprised. The rooms are cozy and large enough for a workout 😁 They serve a small buffet for lunch and dinner with a choice for everyone. Their Tiramisu was amazing 👌🏽

Room was nice and clean. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant to find it was already closed at 9 pm on a saturday night when the hotel info provided in the room said 10 pm. Check in staff was super sweet and accommodating.

The hotel is still in the spirit of old times, it isn't renovated. The rooms are clean and the stuff is very friendly. The breakfast is also very nice.

The hotel building and lobby were impressive and breakfast was excellent. Staff were not particularly friendly - information had to be requested. My room on the top floor was small, and I couldn't see out of the window unless I stood on the bed. There was a strange smell. The bed was comfortable and the shower fine. Location ok, rooms only ok, don't refill coffee/ milks in room, you need a junior suite to get a selection of tea! Basic room doesnt come with kettle. service in restaurant not that great, breakfast not that great either. 2nd stay probably won't be back.

I loved it! I've been there for twice at least for a week each time. Best rates, good staff, gym, sauna bath etc. Rooms are also nice.

Great hotel. The breakfast was super. Despite the fact that we are usually not big meat ball fans we absolutely loved them there. Also worth mentioning is the great selection of cheeses. The room we had was perfect for a family of 5 (which can be a challenge). Staff was very friendly (especially to our kids). The location is great for visiting the huge Christmas market

Stayed there for only 12 hours because my flight got cancelled. It was a nice hotel near a plaza with lots of restaurants and other shops. The room was clean and well furnished.

Not really a nice hotel, but practical and convenient for those who want to be close (next door) to the train station. Rooms are small, clean but a bit out dated. The tv in the room is a big Samsung with a good selection of international channels. Breakfast was ok.

We stayed here some nights during a fair in Essen. The rooms are small and way overpriced. Breakfast is good, starting from 5 am. I one of my rooms the glass door in the shower did not close, the water tap in the sink was loose. Staff did not recognize this. Positive is that local Trains leave just opposite of the hotel. This Hotel is not my favorite one.

Good city center hotel. Not the cheapest. Two buildings across the street opposite each other. The rooms are cozy, decorated in white and brown colors. Nice beds. Buffet in the morning on the ground floor.

Everything is brand new. its in the center with walking distance you can reach to the mall, train station, car rent center even job center so I think its a best hotel and with great price among the others. i would like to thank to them from here for being kind and very helpful. We've booked a last-minute for one night and we were directed to the side building. A bit shabby on the outside but what an awesome suite on the inside: very spacious, excellent finished, nice bathroom, excellent WiFi. Also the breakfast didn't disappoint at all: various choice, even after 10:00 they resupplied the fresh fruit salads! A real recommendation!

We had a lovley time at Ramor, using it as a stopover on our long journey across northern Europe. Rooms spacious, quiet, well equipped with really comfy beds. A nice place and very friendly staff. The breakfast was good and there was plenty to choose from. The only drawback was that the rooms were a little dark and had a old feeling to them but they were huge. All in all it was very good in relation to the price.

Decent and cheap hotel. Clean rooms, adequate breakfast. The staff is friendly, helpful and also helps with special requests, with a larger group everything can take a little longer. For one or two nights completely sufficient. Of course this is not a holiday hotel and the location is not first class either. But it does its job for a reasonable price. If necessary, I like to stay here again.
