Nice hotel, for my trip good location. Room nice, hard bed very good for me. Lot of choice on breakfast ;)

Positives: Nice clean place. 3 min walk to restaurants. Good breakfast. Hairdryer Aircondition goes down to 18 c A little bottle of water in the room Negatives: Bed was too hard for me. Had to pay 10 euros to park. No where else to get cold water. Cold water in the faucet was not very cold. No ac in hallways. Go from cold room to hot hallway and elevator.

Great hotel in a Great neighborhood..... Well..... just by luck I selected a hotel which is in the best neighborhood in Oberhausen... What impressed me most was that it was quiet..... For a family Oberhausen has everything: Good schools....ice skating....beautiful football field.....a forest 100 meters from the hotel.... great bakeries.... Not small rooms! Basic, new, very clean, with modern designed rooms. Windows can be opened, no mini fridge, walk in shower, free parking places. The restaurant serves breakfast only. Not centrally located.

The store was easy to find, there was good parking, the reception was friendly and helpful, the room was very well equipped (a bottle of drinking water, tea, coffee, and a kettle), and the restroom area was very large and well-equipped. Great hotel. The breakfast was super. Despite the fact that we are usually not big meat ball fans we absolutely loved them there. Also worth mentioning is the great selection of cheeses. The room we had was perfect for a family of 5 (which can be a challenge). Staff was very friendly (especially to our kids). The location is great for visiting the huge Christmas market

The design and furniture of the room (wooden) gives the room a very warm feel. The restaurant is awesome. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a nice park around the corner. Despite the distance to the city center, fairly efficient public transit.

I couldn't sleep well at the Hotel Gimken because the mattress was too hard for me, but otherwise I liked it and I thought the food was good. The waiters were also very friendly and nice.😊👍.

Spent 3 nights here, very friendly staff, great breakfast & a clean & comfortable room. Close to city centre with good bars & restaurants. If you like Thai food go to Nuh's about 40 metres across the square, its fantastic😊

A shame that the hotel must close due to regulatory requirements. I stayed there for a week and it is a really nice run hotel. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast for such a small hotel really outstanding and the rooms are large and spacious. Personally, I thank you for your visit and I wish you all the best in the fight against bureaucracy.

The hotel was good but not in a price 60 € per night. Maybe the value is sth about 40€ The rooms were clean but small. The bathroom was to old. The staff were perfect and location was also near central train station.

I ordered this place because of cheapest price. The hotel room itself is good and service was perfect. But the shower was bad at least in my room - water cold almost all the time. Internet extremely fast and I was able to watch a YouTube video without problems. Will not come again because of cold water in the shower.

Room is very simple, but clean. Beds are comfortable. When showering everything gets wet because the glass screen is only about 40cm. Furthermore, you have no tea or coffee facilities. Parking is easy near the hotel. Westfield mall is within walking distance.

Great value for money. We got a family room with good space and very comfortable beds. Breakfast room was light, airy and with a green planted terrace. We enjoyed our continental breakfast. Staff members were very friendly and polite. Parking is right by the hotel.

Germany Trip Room was not thoroughly cleaned. We found dust on the table and others areas. Refreshments left in the room without explanation that you will be charged if consumed. This was very wrong and should have been told the moment we check in.

Didn't have the best of facilities in our room, only a fridge, kettle and microwave. Couldn't cook anything. Don't know why they allow children if they constantly tell them to hush! Parking is a nightmare

Perfect place for a stopover (epsecially when travelling with a baby and you want some space to hang out somewhere while the baby sleep, as you could close the doors between kitchen/bedroom). Would definitely stay again!
