3 star hotels in Duisburg

This hotel could have earned 5 stars easily because it's staff, rooms, and services are great. However, to promise a fitness center (gym) and then dont have one isnt good business practice. They do have a pool and 2 (!) old, outdated, and crappy cardio machines next to the pool. That's NOT a gym.

Great staff, very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Comfy bed, nice pool. As I like milky coffee more milk would have made the stay perfect. I did ask for and was given 2 more but I needed many more. Breakfast was great..Thank you for a great stay.

Zuerst: ich habe NICHT im Regent übernachtet, sondern bin aufs Schwesterhotel Plaza umgebucht worden. Das Plaza hat einen höheren Standard (4 Sterne), aber ich habe den Regent-Preis (3 Sterne) bezahlt. Das Plaza ist natürlich toll, ich mag beide Hotels und steige immer wieder dort ab. Cons: No air conditioning Water pressure very low Room was small 32 steps from level 2 elevator to level 2 room! not easy with suitcases. Pros: Very close to train station Rooms have been renovated Hotel was overall quiet and peaceful Wifi had good speed in my room. check-in and checkout was hassle free

Spent 3 nights here, very friendly staff, great breakfast & a clean & comfortable room. Close to city centre with good bars & restaurants. If you like Thai food go to Nuh's about 40 metres across the square, its fantastic😊

We held our 40th anniversary military reunion there. The staff, from the manager down to the chambermaids were excellent. No request was too onerous. From allowing us to fly our flag from their flagpoles to sourcing a breathing machine, as one of the group who suffers with severe obstructive sleep apnoea had left their machine in the UK. We stayed here some nights during a fair in Essen. The rooms are small and way overpriced. Breakfast is good, starting from 5 am. I one of my rooms the glass door in the shower did not close, the water tap in the sink was loose. Staff did not recognize this. Positive is that local Trains leave just opposite of the hotel. This Hotel is not my favorite one.

family trip. Good service and easy check in even tho we traveled by car and arrived pretty late to the hotel. Overall a good stay with nice breakfast and lovely staff. And an extra plus for all the parking space!

A shame that the hotel must close due to regulatory requirements. I stayed there for a week and it is a really nice run hotel. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast for such a small hotel really outstanding and the rooms are large and spacious. Personally, I thank you for your visit and I wish you all the best in the fight against bureaucracy.

Nice place, very quiet and comfortable beds, but need new paint.. Average Breakfast.

Super old rooms, carpets almost worn through, curtains hanging from broken fittings. It really does need a huge update and painting. My room was also on the busy road junction so couldn’t have the windows open so the room was like a sauna. Even with the fan blowing full it’s just blowing warm air around. Plastic sheets on the beds too so you’re sweating anyway. Basic cheap mattresses and pillows. Bathroom...

There is no air conditioning so try to not be on the top floor when it's warm

A fine hotel at the edge of the town centre. The hotel is old but well maintained and very clean. The bed is comfortable and breakfast is good. The hotel is situated next to a busy road, so it will not be perfectly silent at night. Also, the hotel is not weelchair accessible everywhere.

I was again happy. And opposite the great Pizzeria Paradiso restaurant.

Perfect place for a stopover (epsecially when travelling with a baby and you want some space to hang out somewhere while the baby sleep, as you could close the doors between kitchen/bedroom). Would definitely stay again!

A home away from home. These apartment's have become my families home away from home. The apartment is modern and close to everything you need. Frank has thought of everything and so each apartment is well thought out and spacious. Highly recommend for a short or long stay.

A clean, modern hotel opposite the Lehmbruckmuseum (modern art, predominantly statues). It comes with an underground parking albeit with limited number of parking spaces. I requested a room with bathtub for my artrose pain and this was no problem. Works were ongoing to modernize but this didn’t cause any hindrance or noise. Great hotel. The breakfast was super. Despite the fact that we are usually not big meat ball fans we absolutely loved them there. Also worth mentioning is the great selection of cheeses. The room we had was perfect for a family of 5 (which can be a challenge). Staff was very friendly (especially to our kids). The location is great for visiting the huge Christmas market

Stayed there for only 12 hours because my flight got cancelled. It was a nice hotel near a plaza with lots of restaurants and other shops. The room was clean and well furnished.

A full five stars for our clients, friends and hosts. The location is amazing, the food speaks for itself, it's one of the nicest terraces in the area and after all the restaurant is one of the last authentic Italians in the city. We love you come here every time, business or dinner with friends. Highly recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised, about everything. The friendliness of the staff. The design, the location, the restaurant where you could enjoy Italian cuisine in peace and quiet, for decent prices. The portions were also reduced for me, on request. Awesome. For dessert you must try the Cassata Siciliana. Too good.

The stay was very pleasant, the rooms were very well maintained and clean, the facilities were great, the beds were very comfortable. The food in the restaurant on the ground floor was superb, we had dinner and a breakfast buffet in the morning. The buffet left nothing to be desired. Great hotel, Andreas Kurth was super and offered us a super service. Everything was already prepared before we arrived. Breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel to you all.

Home away from home Eurohof is our go-to hotel when visiting family and friends in Duisburg. Clean, quiet room, excellent restaurant, ample parking. Located in a scenic rural “bubble” amidst the industrial area of the Rhein River.

A little “off the beaten track” but that is also rather positive. Beautifully located on the lake. Great rooms. Price-performance ratio is great.
