Zuerst: ich habe NICHT im Regent übernachtet, sondern bin aufs Schwesterhotel Plaza umgebucht worden. Cons: No air conditioning Water pressure very low Room was small 32 steps from level 2 elevator to level 2 room! not easy with suitcases. Spent 3 nights here, very friendly staff, great breakfast & a clean & comfortable room. Close to city centre with good bars & restaurants. If you like Thai food go to Nuh's about 40 metres across the square, its fantastic😊

Clean, small rooms in a central location with a suitable price-performance ratio. Would come again and again for a city trip or a family celebration for a simple overnight stay.

Great hotel, excellent personal service provided by beautiful Romanian hostesses, too bad that this morning the police showed up and closed down the property for apparently no reason, they were very rude and kicked everyone out of the building.

it was a very clean hotel and very comfortable. Everything is brand new. its in the center with walking distance you can reach to the mall, train station, car rent center even job center so I think its a best hotel and with great price among the others. i would like to thank to them from here for being kind and very helpful. This hotel could have earned 5 stars easily because it's staff, rooms, and services are great. However, to promise a fitness center (gym) and then dont have one isnt good business practice. They do have a pool and 2 (!) old, outdated, and crappy cardio machines next to the pool. That's NOT a gym.

Was there for dinner only. Have had a Burger that was okay but not more. Crew is friendly and really good.

A shame that the hotel must close due to regulatory requirements. I stayed there for a week and it is a really nice run hotel. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast for such a small hotel really outstanding and the rooms are large and spacious. Personally, I thank you for your visit and I wish you all the best in the fight against bureaucracy.

Clean good hotel in good price

Super old rooms, carpets almost worn through, curtains hanging from broken fittings. It really does need a huge update and painting. My room was also on the busy road junction so couldn’t have the windows open so the room was like a sauna. Even with the fan blowing full it’s just blowing warm air around. Plastic sheets on the beds too so you’re sweating anyway. Basic cheap mattresses and pillows. Bathroom...

This is an older house but friendly and welcoming, especially the reception, bar and dining area. Our room on the second floor faced quiet backyards (# 311). Even though the flooring in the hallway and in the room had some blemishes and the hallway looked a bit tired the room itself was very good, spacious and comfortable. Basic accommodation but clean, comfortable and in a good location for shops, restaurants and transport links. The staff were all lovely and the reception staff all spoke good English which was helpful for us. (A member of staff showed us a superior room and these were very impressive.)

I had a good stay at the hotel. So I had to decide how many stars to give and for me it's a 3.5!!! Positive: - Parking area on the opposite site of the hotel - there was a gym, and as an early bird, I could use it early in the morning - the breakfast tasted really good, and the small variety was top. Everybody can find something. It even had some sausages and scrambled eggs. That was a positive surprise...

We had the family room for a night (€110). Not a new room but pretty clean. The only improvement we could think of would be a kettle in the room (and coffee/tea set) and fluffier pillows. For a family of 5 (10, 8 and 4 yo kids) the stay was a pleasant one after a day spent at Movie Park.

Nice budget hotel. A little bit of a walk from the station but no problem for anyone of average fitness. Not much around the hotel itself but this is a good option for anyone who needs somewhere comfortable to stay in the area.

The location of this hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate. So there is quite a bit of traffic, especially buses (I'm guessing a depot somewhere) and trucks. The disadvantage is that the road surface changes right in front of the hotel, causing extra noise in an otherwise quiet neighborhood. Only rooms at the front by the way. It sounds loud so you can sleep with earplugs, but if you are sensitive...

Very clean hotel, the service is astonishing and friendly. The breakfast is has a lot of choice of food, and even more. It’s also very safe since you can’t enter the hotel without a key card. I am impressed.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The rooms and lobby was very clean. I have to tell the service was fantastic, because we booked 2 twin rooms for family of 4. And the hitel staff gave us a conjoined room with door in between. Which was so comfortable and my kids loved it.

Lovely hotel, but it is most definitely 'out of town'. Breakfast was varied and plentiful in German style. No adjacent restaurants that I could see other than the unglamorous food of the Westfield Centre

The staff are friendly and it was clean and tidy. This was a good stop over for me because they have an Electric Vehicle charger. It cost €25 but it was worth it because I was fairly low on charge. Also, they reserved the space for me and it was a quick charge.

The people at this hotel are wonderful and very responsive. I loved the old world charm and the centralized location. The bed and the room were comfortable, and the buffet breakfasts had a wide array of offerings. I would stay here again and again.

I recently spent a weekend with my husband at the Hotel-Restaurant Benger and the experience was consistently positive. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, the rooms were cozy and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and had something for everyone.
