We stayed here after a concert in the mitsubishi electric halle. It is the perfect location for this. The hotel was clean and beds comfy. Parking in a garage in the hotel for only 8€ a night was great!

Central and practical in Düsseldorf. Good service with a reception that is always open. Our room was in the basement with only the emergency exit door to the back yard as a window. Somehow the room also felt slightly unfinished or at least done after the rest of the hotel, but everything worked like it should. Good value for money.

New hotel, neat, clean rooms. Big bathroom and very clean. Big and comfortable bed. Wi-fi works great, a large number of TV channels. Good connection with public transport (bus/metro station at 100m), near the main railway station (10min walk). All in all, a place to recommend.

My friend and I spent 2 nights during the weekend at this hotel, and the experience was extremely horrible due to the noise at midnight. Screaming people showed up at around 2 am and then drunk people knocked the door of every room at 4-5 am. Imagining during sleeping, someone crazily run in the corridor and hit the walls and doors. Just nightmare. We've reported to the reception, however, the front desk seems get used to the complaints and just said they knew it without taking any further action. The floors can be accessed by anyone, the elevator doesn't need the room card to activate, so basically no sense of security.

I had the opportunity to stay in this location for 2 nights. Even though it was very expensive the room was cold and the staff at the reception was rude.

We had a great time. The hotel has everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. Friendly staff. Breakfast is simple but has everything you might need to start the day.

It’s an alright hotel if you’re staying for only a couple of nights. There is no help from the staff or front desk. Rooms are incredibly tiny and compact. You check in and out yourself but was not informed that. We were sent a confirmation email that was all in German. Kindly asked for the English version and was told no English only German. No phones in the rooms to contact reception you have to go to them sometimes locate them if they’re not in the front. We’re not helpful at all. Clearly we came from out of the country and knew very little German. We were treated as if we were suppose to know everything. Will not return nor recommend.

Fine hotel, not too big bathroom, could be better. Beds are nice and price is OK. Subway station is quite close.

Good and clean hotel. They have many locations in Europe. Location is also nice, quick access to the U-banh (metro). Rooms are modern and have enough space.

Nicer than the direct competitors both in design and helpfulness. Room very functional. Short walk to garage. Mareike is a superb night manager
