Close walk to train station! The front desk workers were so incredibly nice. The AC worked well and the beds were shockingly comfortable. Hotel was very clean. I couldn't believe how quiet this hotel was. The breakfast was actually very good and we loved the fancy coffee machines at the buffet! Great cappuccinos. I would definitely stay here again!

Very kind people, always willing help with your requests. Hotel is relatively new.
The living room has amendments for office work.
Comfortable chairs, on table ac plugs for computer.
Breakfast is ok.
Abbas, the bartender makes you feel unique and comfortable, like home. Definitely an asset for the hotel.

Close to the center of Dusseldorf this large hotel is located in a bit of a more industrial part of the city. The room looks modern and clean, and the beds are above average.
Especially the bathroom was very comfortable with a large and good working shower.
There is a parking garage below the building which you can use as a visitor, but the 30 euro price is a bit insane in my opinion.

Brilliant hotel! All the staff are nice and helpful. My Wife and I came early to check in and they were very accommodating . We appreciated it as we had lots of luggage and a lot of time to kill. Made the day so much smoother. Breakfast included was also a great touch.

I stayed there for four nights. Overall everything was great. I liked the breakfast menu. I also two times requested room service which they did it.
In room almost everything is there except toothbrush and toothpaste which you have to go and request then they will give you something not high quality.
Air conditioner was good.
With this price I have stayed in better hotels but this one will be my favorite also if I ever want to come again to Düsseldorf.
Location is really good and classy. It’s also near to main train station.
Staff are nice, they are not so welcoming but really help you when you needed.

Rooms are well appointed sparkling clean and everything works. It's a little bit of the beaten path,,15 minutes brisk walk to the hauptbahnhof. Great breakfast buffet 😋

We stayed in the hotel as a family for one night on 28 April 2024 and checked out on 29 April 2024. My parents woke up and realised that their bags were moved in the room while they were asleep and as they checked their bags, all their Euros were taken which they had checked the night before that it was all in their bag just right before they go to bed. Someone must have break into their room during the night while they were soundly asleep. Hotel told us that there were no CCTV available at the corridor and they could not check if the door has been tempered. It was a horrible experience as it was the start of our trip and we had to lost all the Euros. Hotel told us that they couldn’t do anything and no compensation can be done.

Very comfortable beds, nice room. Good breakfast. Near the train station (10 mins on foot). Toilet in the lobby opened only by with the room card - come on Holiday Inn, just open them. Why are toilets in Germany are treated as some ultimate fetish?

Had an awesome stay here. The hotel is 10 minute walk from the main train station and 5 minute walk from the U Bahn, making it super easy to get into the city center or surrounding cities in the area. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were super nice and up to date. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. It did get crowded at 9:30 but that was my only complaint. The printer also did not work, but staff helped me print with no issues. Would stay again!!

This would have gotten five stars but there was a super annoying hum 24 hours a day - I think it might have been the wind, but it sounded like a car revving up and then slowing down. It was at just the right level to be constant, regardless of TV volume. Not enough to keep you awake, but it’s just enough to annoy. The staff, the rooms, and the breakfast buffet were excellent. The place was super modern and clean.
