Great hotel for the price. The room was spacious enough. Comfortable pillows. Nice parking - big and wide. Enormous choice of breakfast options. However the only downside of the hotel is the fact that there was no free place at 9:00 to sit down and eat breakfast (there were only two of us). We noticed that the hotel advises to go before 9, however we didn’t expect such a problem. We waited for 30min...
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. However, the breakfast experience was far from satisfactory. The space allocated for breakfast is much too small for the number of guests, making it feel like a nightmare to find a spot to sit. On top of that, the staff did not exhibit professional behavior...
Very kind people, always willing help with your requests. Hotel is relatively new. The living room has amendments for office work. Comfortable chairs, on table ac plugs for computer. Breakfast is ok. Abbas, the bartender makes you feel unique and comfortable, like home. Definitely an asset for the hotel.
Close to the center of Dusseldorf this large hotel is located in a bit of a more industrial part of the city. The room looks modern and clean, and the beds are above average. Especially the bathroom was very comfortable with a large and good working shower. There is a parking garage below the building which you can use as a visitor, but the 30 euro price is a bit insane in my opinion.
Close walk to train station! The front desk workers were so incredibly nice. The AC worked well and the beds were shockingly comfortable. Hotel was very clean. I couldn't believe how quiet this hotel was. The breakfast was actually very good and we loved the fancy coffee machines at the buffet! Great cappuccinos. I would definitely stay here again!
Brilliant hotel! All the staff are nice and helpful. My Wife and I came early to check in and they were very accommodating . We appreciated it as we had lots of luggage and a lot of time to kill. Made the day so much smoother. Breakfast included was also a great touch.

The hotel is located just next to the airport within walking distance. Rooms can be a little outdated, but they are super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a 10/10 and the staff very friendly. Totally recommended.
Perfect for a stop over before an early morning flight. Rooms are large, comfy and quiet. I got a good night's sleep ready for the early start next day. Literally 3-5 mins walk to departures.
For the price you pay, you get an excellent product. Staff was very friendly, rooms are standard but good and they have a nice little gym and spa. Food was also fine. Would definitely stay here again
Maritim Dusseldorf is really good for the price. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfy, and the bathrooms well designed with nice fixtures. It's too bad all of the restaurants/ bars are not available likely due to demand or staffing, but overall, it's a great experience and walking to the airport in a couple of minutes makes it my go to hotel in the city.
The rooms were very spacious and clean, with big windows and air conditioning. The hotel offers a good sauna, swimming pool, and gym. The location is perfect, right next to the airport, and the city center is about 15 minutes away by car. The only downside is that the parking is a bit expensive. The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of food options. I recommend this hotel for a few days...
It has everything I want in an airport hotel: modern clean rooms, professionals to help you, bars and restaurants, and most importantly a walking connection directly to the airport (on the departures level). Just inside the closest entrance to the airport (arrivals level) is a supermarket which allows you to pick up inexpensive food and drinks for your stay.
Very nice staff and clean hotel. It is in the walking distance to the airport I had breakfast and it was amazing Very comfortable clean room It was very clean I stayed there with my family. I had a early flight and hotel let me use the room a couple hours earlier than regular check-in time.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and nice ambiance. Most of the staff spoke English and everybody was polite. The breakfast can be very overcrowded and we waited for quite a while for a table. People tend to reserve tables (understandably so as there is a shortage) by putting a jacket or a bottle which leads to many tables not being used. The main reason this is a 3-star rating is because we had a...
Carpet (on the floors leading up to the room) stinks and looks like it is in urgent need of cleaning. Walls scratched and dirty, renovation necessary. Breakfast is good, nice service staff in the breakfast area. Rooms are ok, simple, but offer everything you need for a quick stop-over.
Location is decent, close to the Hbf station but in a quiet neighborhood. Room is clean and tidy, but the chair in the room is so painful to sit on. They have a scheme that if you don't need room cleaning you can get a free drink coupon. Nice incentive. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Very German I would say. You have savory and sweet options, and both are delicious in their tastes!
Comfortable hotel with a nice bar and games area (table football, jenga). Spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is quite pricey (€18.50) but it's probably worth it. Lots of options including loose leaf tea, range of coffees, pancakes made freshly. The service at the bar in the evening was disappointing. Two nights in a row we had to wait at least 20 minutes to be served. Other than that, the service...
Good location - close to the station and the center. But there are a lot of abandoned wastelands nearby, where there might be a construction site soon. The rooms are very quiet, I didn't hear anyone or anything. Good design of the rooms. Also a few pillows on the bed, you can choose for yourself. Nice staff. For this money - just a paradise place. And on the bar you can find very interesting beer.
Great location, close to central station. Fantastic views from the room and delicious breakfast. Big nice bathroom but no wardrobe or cupboard in the room. Cosmetic mirror was great but did not work every time. The lift door hit me, no sensor to stop closing. Cleaning is not very detailed, we found someone's black long hair in the bathroom. Some bar staff is not polite. Looks like staff turnover is...

When you first come to the hotel, it looks nice but not overwhelming. The quality of the cars parked at the entrance is a good indicator of what to expect. The online images of the lobby do not in any way convey the grandeur of the place The place opens up in a cavernous space, seemingly breaking at least a few laws of nature. The staff is friendly and all in fluid English.
The hotel is located in front of Koenigallee. The nearby U-Bahn station is D-Graf-Adolf-Platz. So it's located not too far from the old town (everything is walkable IMHO). The hotel building is some kind of fancy metallic structure, with a nicely decorated ground floor and a big open space (10 floors) in the middle of the building. Everywhere in the hotel the decoration has a modern vibe. The room...
Spectacular hotel. Great property. Let down by small details and one or two small issues. Our very first impression of pulling up outside, after a five hour drive, was instead of being offered valet service and our bags taken care of, we were told to drive around to the parking garage and take our own bags to our room, which I thought odd, but that is what we did. Did the same in the way out, much...
The best, always and forever, in all its details, in all aspects, from the beginning of the hotel to the end, and the room is nothing better in terms of cleanliness, arrangement, and attention to the smallest details. And let us not forget the distinguished reception staff, who are very kind and extremely helpful. Thank you for this beautiful stay. See you next time.
I had a great experience at this hotel! Stayed for 4 days during a conference. Best things for me were: 1. The room was very confortable and clean. 2. Included breakfast is awesome! 3. Holmes Places fitness gym is also great. A lot of machines, but you can find equipment for training old school-style.
This beautiful hotel is perfectly located and has wonderful spacious rooms. The service was impeccable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience with this Hilton. Had a small hiccup at check-in (room not ready at 2:30pm). But afterwards, I as a Gold Member got upgraded to the best suite. Special thanks to Victor for arranging this and making our stay so pleasant & memorable!
Well after seeing some of the negative reviews we almost cancelled, so glad we didn't. So some parts of the hotel are a little dated, we were lucky to be upgraded to a suite which was perfectly clean and very nice with loads of space, the only negative about the room was that the fridge was broken, however we could live with that. The executive lounge was closed for refurbishment so instead there was...
As many travelers already noted the rooms are indeed dated, but they are the upkeep is satisfactory. Certainly not a 5 star property. Service was efficient and being primarily an event space, there was always someone willing to help. In my opinion one of the best lounges in German Hilton’s.
Rooms seem very dated with the decor and multiple power sockets in my room were damaged. The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was cracked and full of old shower water and shampoo. Shower was very powerful which is great and the bed was pretty comfy too. Breakfast was decent as is always the case at Hilton hotels and I had a great burger in the evening too with good service from the guy at the bar too...
Queen room was a lovely size, very spacious with a huge desk to work at. Shower was bloody brilliant! But the service at the check in desk was a little slower than one would have expected. First drink at the bat took a while, but when the bar tender knew we were there, he was very attentive.
Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Daniel at the bar is the man. Fantastic breakfast buffet with many different options. The staff did a great job dealing with the worldwide computer outage and walking everyone to their rooms. They were gracious under pressure.

Had a lovely trip to the Christmas markets. Booked a room and were lucky to get a free upgrade to a suite. Very spacious, but the bathroom was a bit outdated, with the shower in the bathtub. The bad thing was that it was very warm in the room. Only able to handle it by sleeping with the window open, but still too warm!
Overall, I can recommend the hotel. The location is right at the central, and all the main attractions are easily accessible. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Our room was a bit outdated, but still clean and tidy.
I stayed at the Clayton for six nights while traveling for work. I’ve been to Düsseldorf many times. This was my first stay here and I will definitely be back. The location is perfect, very close to the metro and walking distance to Altstadt. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff were all very pleasant to work with. I loved the cocktail bar in the main lobby, great for entertaining...
When Clayton was Nikko, it was our most favorite hotel, always excited to visit. After the hotel changed to Clayton, we see some changes in not so positive ways… Now the hotel is doing reconstruction and the whole quality is even more unsteady. We experienced stinky and unclean rooms. Hopefully the rooms will be fine after the reconstruction and the quality of the hotel will get better again soon....
This is mine and my sons first time in Germany. I can not rate this hotel enough, definitely 5* for myself and my boyo. Hotel is very nice, clean, great rooms that meet the standards of the hotel. Location is also great, really nice neighborhood in little Tokyo and roughly a 10 minute walk to the beginning of the centre / old town. Breakfast was also really nice! Great reception and assistance with my arrival and early morning arrangements, friendly and even willing to listen to my tourist german ( Herr Marcel)
Food is great. Rooms are very clean and tidy. During COVID they have maintained all the rules and regulations really well for the safety of customers. Friendly staff. What more do you want from a good hotel.
Enjoyed the stay. Nice hotel and staff. Just a stone's throw from the airport. However, breakfast cost on a higher end. Overall, good experience
I have stayed almost 100 times at this hotel over the past 12 years and have nothing but positive to report. The personnel is exceptional, the rooms are clean and spacious. There was nothing missing and I highly recommend any leisure or business traveler to stay there - permitting that there is no major trade show in town. Five Stars.
Pretty dang nice. My big complaint is that this is NOT a "free airport shuttle" at all hours or even convenient hours. We arrived at 4pm on a weekday and were told by the front desk that the shuttle runs only twice or so a day - 9am and 630pm. So we'd have to wait 2.5hrs at the airport or eat a $15 cab ride. Bummer. Very friendly service. Room is quiet convenient and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Have not tried their breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Hotel is near the city and there are supermarkets and restaurants around. There is also a very nice park nearby for relaxing morning walks.
Staff is friendly, checking in and out were easy. The hotel has a nice central location from where it’s convenient to work attend business calls. The reason for four stars were the room maintenance, which could be better. Also, although the rooms felt clean, I got allergy (maybe because they are old or because there was dust). For the price, the quality could be a bit higher. The hotel has a subway...
Everything about the rooms here was comfortable. Great shower pressure. Nice bar/cafe and a variety of gathering spaces in the lobby. 24 hours self serve center for snacks and drinks. The staff were fantastic (dealing with a tired American) and made the whole experience enjoyable.
The location is great due to easy access to public transport. Rooms are nice and clean. Service was great.
In the central part of the city, near the station. It would be appropriate to say that this hotel is, without exaggeration, one of the best in Dusseldorf. While in this city, be sure to stay here. Comfort and modernity in one word 😉
Pretty good hotel in the middle of the city. Rooms are clean an big. Very good breakfast with a great selection of food. Very friendly staff. It also has a gym. Not that big but for most of the common workouts it's worth it. There are also nicce places around to grab some food.

Great hotel, Hyatt in his repertoire. However, as always, small shoals of the staff and the check-ins. And the place is just great, in the morning watch on the Rhine
Modern and stylish 5 star hotel in the trendy area of the Media Harbour . Most rooms have river and city view . Parking available but expensive .
Get a corner room (1625) & enjoy this at sunrise. Have breakfast at the Club Lounge (w/floor to ceiling views over looking the harbor). It is a cold buffet but they will bring hot food made to order.
Excellent and trendy hotel. Hyatt never disappoints really. Nothing to complaint except that the location is 15-20 min away from the “city centre” But the trade off is you get nice river view. Will come again.
Top class Hyatt Regency. Very nice rooms and great service. Good breakfast however the breakfast in the lounge could be slightly better. The location is beautiful and relatively central.

starving children in mozambique during a solar flare have better internet connection than the average room in this hotel. Apart from that, the service and personal are fine tho.
The hotel was good with decent rooms and great services. The hotel restaurant had great food options and the service there was also good. The only problem I had was with the WiFi. since I was on a business trip, I was really expecting a decent stable connection but it wasn't the case, it kept connecting and disconnecting.
Clean, staff are friendly, but the breakfast is really limited, and exactly the same every. The tub in our room clogs and already needs repair, the furniture and hotel ambience itself is already really old. Had higher expectations given it is by Marriot.
Hotel location is not great, there’s not a lot to do there. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are decent enough. Bathroom is moldy, which is a shame as most is on the walls and should be easy enough to remove.
I do recommend this hotel. Has a free parking nearby and a U77 station 200m across the street. Nice room and good service. I was in the city for Drupa and it was a fantastic option.
Everything is great but the WiFi which is way too slow even for modest needs. It's a pity as being in a city in Germany, it is expected to be high speed Internet for business and personal needs.

That was cold, not recommended for winter stays! Rooms have no heaters at all. You probably are supposed to use noisy A/C for heating but it didn't warm up the room despite of setting (which is limited to +5C). The hotel is newly opened and very clean. The rooms are nice and clean but there is no minibar and wardrobe in the room. You hang your clothes on a steel pipe next to the bed.The breakfast room is very small and there are very few products. The parking garage is paid, these add minus to the hotel.
Great hotel with lovely people, breakfast was delicious with croissants, scrambled eggs, cornflakes, fresh Coffee, awesome!! The hotel is ok. Just no water in rooms, and breakfast space is quite small, so you need to wait while someone will finish or sit together. Bar of the restaurant I guess good for drinks but not for food. Unfortunately. We stayed during the exhibition time in Messe so travel time by taxi was about 10min and that was important for us. Anyway, I recommend this for short stay.
Very nice hotel with very impolite personnel. Despite a two-day reservation, they kicked out one of my group members after one night without even apologizing for their mistake. Stay away from them
The rooms were of great size and very modern. AC worked well and was relatively easy to control. Bathroom was spacious and nicely decorated. Room was very clean. Rooms fine and clean with minibar. You can choose - if you do not need to clean your room you can take 1 drink in the bar downstairs which is quite great. Parking underground, It can happend that there will be no space, especially during the fairs. Great breakfast, beer average. Tram stop is very near.
Nice hotel in the outskirts of Dusseldorf. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable . Good value for money. Only downside there was a fire alert making everyone having to evacuate the hotel in the middle of the night . Our children got scared but there was no emergency. We didn’t get any information about the alarm at check out. The TV’s need an upgrade. No way to cast or airplay .
We had a great stay at the hotel. Only stayed one night. Used the restaurant which they opened just for us. This was good service. We wanted initially to eat at the bar like anyone else but several people had brought their dogs in the bar and as my wife has pet allergies we had to leave.
It’s the reception manager; Miss Isabel. A very capable manager with a keen care for her guests. She helped me with the booking and altered room setting to accommodate my family, and assisted me with my next onward NH stay in another country; just amazing. Had to come to Düsseldorf and luckily, I booked a room at the living hotel. if I could give it a six star review I would .From the time I arrived the staff was accommodating because I’m was not familiar with Germany. Maria was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the selection was excellent and all the food was fresh. The rooms are very clean and neat. The hotel is in a great location...
You don't need an alarm clock here as the street cleaner will wake you up at 7 AM if You have a room with a street facing window. Otherwise it's a good place to stay at, U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are close.
Hotel is very basic, rooms are decorated very simply. Bed was comfortable but blankets for some reason was really thin. Breakfast was your typical cereals, eggs, fruits, some meats etc definitely not worth 18 EUR. Personally I would not stay again at this hotel.

Simple and low-budget hotel near the airport, suitable for a business trip for those who don't want to spend a lot. The rooms are basic and relatively small but clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is satisfactory for its price, although it may happen that you need to go to the hotel right next door, which also belongs to the same Group. There is a possibility that you will have...
It's a 2 star - but who cares - it's clean, 24 hour reception, hot shower, comfy bed and let me take my dog in the room. The field outside the Novotel was great to run the dog around after a long drive from Poland. The shared restaurant with the Novotel is a great idea - good food quality and selection and friendly service
Typical Ibis hotel. Fine, but simple. The room was a little bit small, but clean. Free coffee and tea available in the breakfast area, but not in the room itself. The breakfast was nice and complete. One negative thing: the hotel advertises that it offers free parking. However, the number of parking spaces is limited and when we arrived the parking was full. Fortunately we were able to find a free...
I recently stayed at the IBIS Dusseldorf Flughafen and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Tom Kauis at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with the check-in process. He made sure everything was smooth and easy, setting a positive tone for my stay. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a...
Arrived around 23:00, tired and ready to walk to the hotel (was advised it was only a kilometre away from the airport), only to find that it was further away. Grabbed a taxi and €25 later were at the hotel. Although the area appears quite industrial estate like, there are several hotels in the vicinity. A pleasant greeting upon arrival, the room was clean and well maintained. Slight confusion in the...
You know what you get, when you stay at Ibis. This one is a better one, friendly staff, breakfast together with Novotel. For a stop at the airport a good choice.

I stayed here with my friends, a group of four. We booked a room with a double bed and sleeping couch. The space in the room was a bit cramped of course since we were four women staying in the same room, logically. However we were staying for two nights so we couldn’t really complain, all we need the room for is to sleep and rest. I generally don’t care too much about dust and cleanliness of the rooms...
Stayed one night on the way from the airport with kids. Smooth very late check in, everything was nice and ready. Comfy beds, clean and nice bathroom, the room is so cosy and thought through — that surprised me. Nice breakfast with self making pancakes machine — this is so much fun. Thank you for the nice experience!
All good. Clean rooms, quite good breakfast. WiFi pretty weak in the room, fine in the reception area. Parking fee of 18 EUR is quite ridiculous, but there’s limited street parking so not much choice.
Very nice hotel, very clean and dog friendly. Directly off the autobahn and close to the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast served was very good also. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
Second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. Check-in was smooth, the room was tidy and clean. Parking underground was good, maybe a little expensive but it is secure. Good access to external roads in and out of Düsseldorf. I’ll stay again in the future.
My family loved the food that they give. When we first reached there they gave us food for dinner even though we didn’t book a hotel room. They had a big hotel. They always said to sanitize our hands so we couldn’t get sick from bacteria and germs. The chef was very nice.He made me chicken nuggets every day. They gave us marmalades. The room was very big and there were separate beds. There was also a hand...
