Excellent staff, we were upgraded to a better room after reporting problems with the air conditioning. Very quiet and comfortable, great bed, nice breakfast, BBC tv available. Interesting neighborhood, in Little Japan, a reasonable walk to the old town and very handy for the train station. Definitely recommended.

It was a great experience. We could stay in a beautiful suite. The breakfast buffet and the hotel bar / restaurant were amazing. The spar is a nice addition and the location of the hotel is really convenient since you’re directly within the Japanese area.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Düsseldorf so far – I will definitely stay again! The receptionists were fantastic, and the room was amazing. The only downsides were that parking came at an extra cost of €30 per day, which felt a bit expensive, and the air-conditioning didn’t seem to work properly at night, making the room uncomfortably hot and affecting my sleep.

The location was okay since it’s close to the places we wanted to visit, but if you want to go to Little Tokyo or Altstadt you have to pass the train station, which feels shady and unsafe at night. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, it had a built-in speaker so I could play my music (honestly my favorite feature). The hotel needs to know how great their front desk staffs are. Especially the Argentinian lady, she is amazing. She really has brilliant customer service skills and beautiful smile. I visit this hotel for my work and as soon as I see the entrance of the hotel it makes me to walk in to the hotel with a smile due to her hospitality.

The location is very quiet and good for rest. You can either take the tram or walk to the centre. For me, it takes around 20 mins. walk. The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant is very nice. The service staff is very good, the location is good, quiet, convenient transportation, good living atmosphere, and good hardware. Every morning there are birds appearing on the branches outside the window regularly, very peaceful

Great hotel with lovely staff and extremly dogfriendly with lot of parks near! Hotel and garden looked amazing. We went here for our third wedding anniversary and got a special breakfast & card. Would come here again when in Düsseldorf no doubt! 10+

Indigo Düsseldorf is a real charm. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The attentiveness of the team, facilities and room were top notch, highly recommended and high value for money. To the hotel staff, would be great to have a curtain for the beautiful round window 🪟😊

Rooms are very clean and look pretty new. There is a large complimentary bottle of water, lots of coffee and tea, and a refrigerator. Decorations are interesting and align with Dusseldorfs fashion history. Booked a standard room and thought size was pretty spacious with desk, chair with ottoman, and spacious closets. About 20 minute walk to old town and 45 minutes along the river down to Medienhafen...

Very close to the metro, in a quiet area, quite a few cafes and restaurants nearby. The cafe downstairs with buffet table breakfasts is wonderful. Don't miss it. The price for the room was more than reasonable. We were totally happy. Buffet table breakfasts, really good menu. Good coffee and meat snacks. Clean, spacious, nice design. Good view out of the window.
