Hotel Apfelbaum

Clean, inexpensive and good for overnight before flying out of Munich. Breakfast was great. Rooms were a little small but good for short stay.

Great value for the price, great location walking distance to Therme. Best value Hotel in Area. Bring your own coffee and shower gear, but everything you need.

It was very nice to see a small kitchen with a refrigerator with drinks, tea and coffee for guests, good dishes and glasses! It was very nice!
Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning in the room, and with the windows open, sleeping is hot and very noisy :(

A cozy room equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was new and stylish, very clean and spacious. I loved it that there was a storage space for all our luggage. Although the reception closes at night, you can easily check in with a safe box and a code if you tell them in advance. There is also a self-serve snack and drinks bar. The breakfast was really good. It was conveniently close to the therme.

My luggage arrived 32 hours after I did. The staff at Hotel Apfelbaum went out of their way to help me make all the necessary phone calls to locate my lost bag. Their concern and helpfulness made my stay ever so much better.

My friends and our family spent a week in this hotel in this July. We had two 3-person rooms and it is very spacious and clean. When we arrived at noon and found the reception desk building which is a different building from the one we stayed, there was no body answered the door. Since we arrived before the check in hours and it was a Sunday the door was closed. It was a hot day and we had walked all the way from the train station so we got a little bit hot tempered. Luckily my husband found a young guy who was working at the backyard of the building and he immediately came to the front and made calls, magically he got room keys from the box mount on the wall. Then we were told we could check in to our rooms though it was supposed to be at 5 pm. The young man also offered to usher us to the building where our rooms are and helped us to take some of our luggage by his bicycle. We were lead to the third floor and he called the housekeeper to make our rooms ready. We waited about another 20 minutes before the housekeeper had done her work and the room was so nice when we walked in! The young man turned out to be the owner of this hotel. Yes not only the room, the service, but also the great breakfast! I want to recommend this Apfelbaum hotel and like to stay there next time.

A basic motel in the same mode as Motel One, minimalist style, but much larger room. Love the clean room and comfortable king size bed. Very good buffet breakfast with many different cheeses and meats. Love the thermal bath a mile away. About 20 minutes from Munich Airport.

It is a nice and clear hotel with space for parking and big rooms. The reception was always nice and helpful. Very modern building with ground heating, big shower.
