Novotel Muenchen Messe is very well located right next to the U-bahn (Subway) station and the big shopping mall. Very practical stay. Connections were easy and anything we might need was a walk away from the shopping mall. Hotel staff is extremely nice and rooms very clean.

Return stay after 3 previous Stays, all great experiences. Once again the location is superb - about 10-15 mins out of Munich centre but has a train station (u-bahn) located adjacent to the hotel front entrance. Hotel is also located at a Westfield shopping mall (Rheim) which is excellent for food options as well as any other needs. Parking is also plentiful, due to the adjacent shopping mall. Staff are super friendly, rooms are modern, spacious & well appointed. Can't fault the place. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Munich.

Amazing experience, everyone is very accommodating in this hotel no complaints. Would like to shout out to RJ in the bar and Mutya in the restaurants. They were exceptional always assisting us and my colleagues in our request from the start of dining in to end. Overall great experience in Novotel definitely will come back

We were here just 1 night for Adele show, it was good as location, but super expensive just because of the show. Breakfast was not good and super busy! I order fried eggs and I received it 30 mins later!
Underground parking is the best part of this hotel, easy to access and wide enough for big cars!

We had a great stay at this hotel . As we stayed during the Adele concert room prices were hugely inflated . I can give only four stars because the parking situation is a bit confusing . I asked about the parking in an email upfront and was advised that the property has no own parking but that one has to park at the adjacent shopping center . We had no problems finding the shopping center but had problems finding the hotel . If you travel with lots of bags it’s really inconvenient to walk all the way from the shopping center to the hotel . Also at no point were we advised that you pay for the parking at the hotel and safe €5 per day in parking . It was by pure accident that when we checked out and asked if there is an easier way to the parking lot at the shopping center that the receptions asked if we already paid for parking and when we said no only then did she say that paying at the hotel it’s cheaper . There needs to be more info in their website . Otherwise the room was clean and quiet .

We had a 1 night stay (to see the Adele concert). As expected, the hotel was clean and most of the staff were polite and helpful. However, our lasting memory will be of one or two members of staff at the bar who were simply rude. One of the members of staff responded abruptly when I asked him for a drink. He said, that he just pours the drinks and the lady stood right next to him takes the orders. I duly followed his instructions and got our drinks order, though both of the bar staff were clearly unhappy with the arrangement. I witnessed 3 customers have exactly the same experience - all looked bemused and irritated by the attitude.

Really great service and kind staff. The room was very clean, beautiful bathroom and a nice view. The airconditioning with the hot weather was amazing;) Would definitely recommend!

Checked-in online only to find that upon arrival our rooms had been reassigned. The room had obviously been prepared in a rush as traces of menstrual blood remained under the lavatory seat from a previous occupant.
The 'minibar' fridge was largely ornamental rather than functional (as has been stated in countless other reviews) where the room could be cooler than the inside of the fridge.
As for room comfort - the pillows were like bricks, and the noise from outside the front of the hotel was found enough for us on the 2nd floor to be disruptive to sleep.
The staff at breakfast were very attentive and professional(despite the breakfast selection being very poor), as were the bar staff, but the front desk could not be further detached from interest if they tried.
The Novotel in the city itself is so much better by a considerable order of magnitude, and upon reflection would have been the better proposition given how easy it is to get to Messe from the city centre by Underground.
Novotel, of late, seems to be a brand that's really struggling to find an identity and value proposition.

Stayed here for work. Hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent location close to the metro and with a mall nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Our only complaint was that the fridge in the room did not cool.

The hotel is very well located and the room I stayed in was modern and large. A couple of minor things that could easily be improved are that the fridge in the room is very small and did not cool, even though it was set to the highest setting. Also, providing some sort of coffee milk other than in powder form would make the Nespresso machine in the room much more useful. Service was great and efficient, and I would happily stay at the hotel again in the future. It is a very well managed hotel and the parking option also works well and is a great value-add.
