The small rooms are quite noisy if you get one facing the main street and in case you want to sleep with the window open and the air conditioning turned off. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is an underground car park (€18 p. night) and the elevator goes directly to the floors. There is a tram stop in front of the building and the S-Bahn is only a five minute walk around the corner.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Flemings Hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we appreciated how late the restaurant was open. Public transportation stops were within walking distance, the area felt very safe. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean and the location is very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful with the exception of one grumpy guy who came out of the kitchen with the wrong tone and attitude. The breakfast is not the best but all in all the stay was pleasant.

Very pleasant stay! Friendly and helpful staff!
As the hotel is next to a Main Street, it can be pretty loud during the nights, especially when the window is open.
The only thing that “bothered” us, was the lack of a bigger ceiling light, therefore the room was quite dark.

From check in to check out and everything in between.. we had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The room was fab with a hidden shower as I had requested, tea/coffee and water in the room. Internet was great, bed was super comfortable and the toiletries were so good.
All staff we came in contact with were very kind and polite. We will definitely come back and stay with you again. Thank you for making our time with you memorable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Flemings Hotels. Great location. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Munich.
The room was clean, very comfortable, amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Munich.

I stayed before but upon arrival I had to fulfill the whole check-in forms on the reception computer again. Takes quite some time and shouldn't be needed.
On my previous stay I had a great room, this time I had a smaller room, which was enough for me, but had a terrible mattress made of some kind of hard foam. I sleep on my side and I woke up every couple of hours with pain on my shoulder. The one pillow was also too shallow for my taste, and it didn't help.
Furthermore, the shower cubicle is really small and it leaks water onto the bathroom floor. I had to use the bath mat to collect the water. When I arrived in the evening the mat was still there soaking wet, together with the bath towel - terrible room service.
The breakfast was good, but there is only one coffee machine, which creates a line of people every morning. Also, if you want eggs, you have to ask for it. It takes some time, so it's not good for someone like me who usually reserves only 15 minutes for breakfast.

I liked it, the location it's convenient, it's close to a lot of public transportation and it's easy to move around here. It's quite clean and organized. The people working here are nice and ready to help with anything I needed. I stayed for two nights, and unfortunately the room I got wasn't the right one for me, and after I asked in the reception desk they changed right away. If I come back to Munique I will probably stay here again.

My room was a good size for the price. It was clean and had thorough room service daily. The breakfast was good and the customer service by hotel staff was excellent.
I definitely plan to stay here again when next I visit Munich for business.
