AMERON München Motorworld Mini-hotel

This hotel is a classic case of overselling on the website and under delivering online. Funnily enough, we were concerned about the travel to the city centre and that turned out to be not a problem at all. But the hotel itself is average at best, from the staff, to the rooms also and we were disappointed. For example, reaching them on the phone was absolutely frustrating, I had to call so many times to get anyone to pick up. None of my emails were answered until I finally got through to someone and asked them to reply. The front desk staff seem unbothered and low on customer service (communication and service). We decided to have a sauna one evening which is quite a walk from the room, and there are no bottles of water, just a jug of water with lemon in the gym for everyone to utilize., that seems to have been there for a very long time. The rooms are not like they appear on the web site, they are really very basic, and the cleaning staff also did an average job. At best. I wouldnt stay in this hotel again, and i think for the price they are charging, there is better options

There were fleas in the room. I was bitten several times when I entered the room for two nights. I am easily bitten by fleas. The red swelling, pain and itching lasted for several days. I was bitten by a mosquito the next morning.
