I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated.
The hotel offers good amenities and the location of the hotel is convenient and close to public transportation, which made getting around easy. The hotel provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

I recommend the hotel. Kind staff, clean room, good breakfast. The only thing which could be better the size of bed. It's not comfortable for 2 adults.

Beautifully clean room. Every day our bed was made and fresh towels replaced the used ones from the night before. Staff were lovely. Online check in in advance made it such an easy process arriving in. Also, reception is open 24 hours which is such a life saver! Shower facilities were clean and satisfying after a long day. Fridge so handy!
The AC in the room wasn't very effective so in 30°C heat it was quite uncomfortable in the room. There is 1 bus outside the hotel, but other than that you need to walk 15-20 minutes to get to transport into the city centre. Not really a bother though, just something to note.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Hotel Leonardo Arabellapark. The staff is very friendly and provided good service in the restaurants and with room cleaning. The hotel is located close to public transportation that can provide easy access to the center of town. There are also restaurants nearby in a shopping center by the Arabellapark U-Bahn station. There is a gas station immediately next to the hotel that has convenience foods. The hotel is a short walk (15-20 minutes) from the Englischergarden. Rooms are a bit on the small side, at least in comparison to the equivalent type hotel in the United States. Rooms come with a coffee maker, and a small refrigerator and a free bottle of sparkling water is offered daily. It would be nice if the hotel offered more than a heavy comforter on the bed as it would be a nice option to have a light sheet for those guests who might want covering but not something so heavy as what is provided. Overall, my experience staying at Hotel Leonardo Arabellapark was very pleasant.

I ordered double bed badroom and got room with separated beds. It was right next to the wall so it wasn't the most comfortable sleep.
The pillows were like sleeping on air balon.
Also however you tried to be careful during the shower you weren't able to prevent to have water over whole bathroom.
Also I have to mention that you could hear everything through the doors, so if you had room next to the elevators it was pretty loudly.
It wouldn't be a huge issues but when considered price 400€/3 night for one person it wasn't worth the money.

I do not recommend this hotel. It does not fulfill the terms of the booking they previously confirmed. Instead of a twin room, a room with one bed was provided.
The restaurant in the hotel was not available for quests due to a private party. There are no other food options around the hotel. Therefore, if you arrive in the evening, be prepared for the fact that you may not be able to have dinner.

I paid from January a big room with double bed, not for a room with two small bads!
I stay one night into a room with separate beds because of yopur emplayees, they told me that you are fully booked, but this was't my problem, my money stay to you 4 Month
Also you take money twice. After I arrive to you, money was release but can use it because takes days!
Even now and is Monday 13.05.2024 can not use 640 euro, that money which was takes second time!
In second day, when come back to hotel at 12 pm clock and find our bags on reception, even your employess promise us that he will give proper room which I paid for, I make nopise and your other emplyees, a men, resolve the problem and give us normal room with double bad exactly as We paid from january

In general, the hotel was descent and satisfactory quality for its price. However, don't be fooled by its location..
The hotel is NOT located in Arabellapark! It is at least a 15-minute walk from Arabellapark, and there are no U-Bahn stations near it. In fact, there was barely any public transport heading directly in that region. Hence, one can't immediately get off from a bus or train, without walking an extra few hundred metres, and you'll almost certainly need an uber or taxi, if you'd like to travel long distances away from the hotel.
Overall, I recommend this for a stay, but not if you need direct access to public transport.

Nice hotel, in a quiet neighborhood near Arabella Park, easy access to the rest of thebcity by bus, reasonable walk to the train station. Breakfast buffet was nice but way overpriced. Just go to a Cafe instead

Old hotel, so expect signs of wear and tear in the room. The elevator button to 4th floor also didn't work in one of the elevators. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean, but the room area and the beds were clean. The windows are locked (literally chained to one another) so little fresh air can enter. Walls are thin and room doors slam (there is no mechanism to slow them down), so expect a noisy night. The road is also quite loud even at night. As for the food, don't order the vegetable bowl or the Asian noodle at the hotel restaurant. The former contains raw rice (who eats that?) and the latter tastes like cardboard. The room is also on the pricey side (paid 156 euro/night for one person) and reservation with a credit card was a requirement. I give this place a 3 star only for the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff at the reception and restaurant.
