I spent a week waiting for my passport to be delivered. The staff is really helpful. The location is not at the centre, but the train station is a few minutes walk. I bought 9 € monthly ticket, and explored the city and it's museums every day.

We as a family here in this Hotel. The tram station is just opposite and we can reach Neustadt and Altstadt within 10 minutes. A bakery and pizza places are just opposite is this. I would recommend anyone to come and try this hotel. The check-in and Check-out are automatic, and they still have one at the front door for help.

Good location near the Ostbahnhof, less than 30mm to the fair ground. Clean, efficient rooms. Good bedding material.

I had a big surprise Saturday morning the 5th when I wanted to go for Bfst. I was asked if I pre-booked, which I haven't. Nobody informed me at check-in I had to prebook breakfast. I was told I can not stay for bfst as there won't be enough food for all in-house guests.
Well, I took my money and spend it in the bakery next door, although I would have preferred to stay in the B&B. However - once I came back some hours later the bfst area was closed, I could only see some mice running around there which made me think it might have been better to have breakfast in the bakery next door.
Apart from the bad breakfast experience, the rooms were ok, and it serves the purpose of just having a place to sleep.

I appreciate all of the steps that the hotel has taken to provide a safe and clean atmosphere for travelers during these trying times. However, I was less than impressed with the black mold above the shower, random buckets collecting dripping water in the hallway as well as lack of customer service. There was never anyone at the front desk to report the mold in the toilet, above the shower, lack of towels in the room or the fact that the toilet had been used and not flushed when I got to my room. There wasn’t even a phone to call down to the front desk.

Had a very bad experience with this place. They cancelled the booking without even caring to inform us. When asked about not informing us, they simply said that it's the hotel's right to cancel the booking and we need not to inform you. Really disappointing

very poor staff .i was with my wife yesterday they just remove towels and put new towels thats it .wc totaly never seen .was dirty and we ask from houskeeping staff toilet paper. they bring towels.they never understand.simply never come back again here and dont reccomend .

The hotel has an odor problem, from rooms where guests have not respected the non smoking policy to strange smells in the floors and rooms of cleaning stuff.
The stuff is unfriendly and respectless in their general behaviour towards the guests.
Rooms are not really clean, from mirrors to windows, to bathroom and general corners. The decor is insulting.
And do not breakfast there you will not find any high quality food at all, no bio and in general the most cheap selection of food. The overall buffet is dirty, half empty, they can not refill ( not that i would eat it) and badly designed in terms of accessability. The tasteless design does not stop in the breakfast room and is paired with bad lightning.
I will surely avoid to visit this place again.

Before my trip I googled a few places around Frankfurt. This B&B Hotel turned out to be among the cheap ones. I wanted the cheapest room available - hence my expectations were low. But for the price, the hotel exceeded my expectations.
Once you step in, the hotel is nice and cozy with lovely bright colors that bring life to the environment. The staff is friendly (through the two guys on the front desk ignored me for a while, until I made my business obvious).
Internet is free, though every couple of hours/sometimes minutes it disconnects and reconnects (I am sure its not my device because both the hp laptop and Samsung phone showed similar behavior).
Interestingly you can actually check in and checkout of this hotel without even seeing front desk - nice.
