I have stayed in this hotel during the hottest days of the year but AC temperature was set at 22 degree and upon asking to lower I was told that this limit is set by the German government so I asked for something in writing but none given and in fact lady got angry on me as if I was from another planet. Upon checking on the internet there is no such restrictions from the government. So please be careful when you stay in this hotel during the hot days.

The mattresses and the pillows were good, I had a good sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful - we got a hairdryer and hot water (there was no kettle but the staff let us to use the hot water from the cafe on the first floor). Also there was only one hand towel in the room, and when we told about that in the reception, we immediately got the second one. Pity I forgot to ask about the shower mat - turns out there should be one in the room, but we didn't have it.
The location is ok - there are metro and tram stations nearby. If you enjoy walks near river, you can get to the city center in about 24 minutes. The biggest disadvantage are the people near metro station - they kind of made us feel unsafe.
The sink, the shower and the toilet were separated, but not in the wise way - the sink was right in the bedroom and while the shower tube has a glass door to protect the bedroom from water, the sink does not. The light in the toilet is automatic - when you walk in it lights up and then it goes down 1-2 minutes later and you need to wave your hands like crazy to make it light up again while you're using the toilet. Also, if your neighbor from the upper floor flushes toilet at night you will hear that super clear.
The shower handle moves only in one direction and you can't control the heater temperature - it changes from hot to warm, lukewarm and cold and the opposite without touching anything. Terrible experience, especially, when it's winter.
It's ok for a one-two nights stay, but definitely not more.

The location is not in the city center, a little off the beaten track, the room facilities are average, relatively quiet, if you consider the cost performance, you can choose it, the breakfast is rich, there are freshly baked hot bread.

Nice place, nice people, good food and good service. It isn't a deluxe stablishment but it's been a really nice stay for a good price, the breakfast food and drinks were really good, the only thing I would like was if the individual rooms had a coffe pot. It isn't super centric but a 15 minute walk can center you quite a bit.

The service was great, especially during breakfast. The staff in the breakfast hall were attentive, and ready to provide you with what you need in order to have a good start in your day. They were smiling, look incredibly happy to be there, and greeted us cheerfully.

My friends and I were looking for a hotel in Frankfurt during the summer of 2024.
We came across this hotel, and for the price, it was a very good stay. The staff was friendly, and the room was larger than expected. Unfortunately, the toilet door didn’t have a lock, and the shower section had a somewhat see-through design.
The location was also excellent – it was quiet, yet close to the city center. There are also some nice spots nearby, like the Osthafenbrücke.
I definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay in Frankfurt.
