this hostel is for the most part, clean safe and in a good location. it was honestly relatively quiet throughout each of my nights and the staff were super helpful and accommodating when I needed to drop my bags off before check in time it’s located about a 20 minute bike from downtown and along the river. The only grapes that I have with this place was the mold in the shower and it was very hot at night but other than that, this was a great place to stay.

I would like to bring to your attention some issues we experienced during our recent stay. Firstly, we encountered bed bugs in the room we stayed in, which has resulted in discomfort due to the bed bug bites. Our room number was 330.
Furthermore, upon our arrival, we noticed that only two beds were made despite our reservation for three people. The bedding for the third bed wasn’t done, including the pillow sheet, bed sheet, and blanket.
The only noteworthy convenience was the hotel's location.

We talked to the reception about using the fridge and asked if it was safe to store our foods and drinks. They assured us it was super safe. 8 Hours later our food costing about 60 euros were missing. When we told this to the reception they laughed at our face and told us they couldn’t do anything. It is a fine hostel to sleep at night but for anything else i wouldn’t recommend it.

The location and overall service was great. The breakfast service was good too. But the room was not the best honestly,the floors were dusty, it should have been cleaned. Also, since it was a dorm room, I would have preferred having numbered beds. I just had to randomly choose a bad and that becomes chaotic because it's difficult to figure out which beds have already been occupied.

The hostel is good. Breakfast is ok. But we were left without a reserved parking space which they promised us. And they didn’t do anything to solve the problem.
One employee told us that other customers filled the available parking spaces without a reservation.
So just be careful they have a little written notice that even if you reserve a parking space, you can not use it.

Great place to stay, even for a while. Pleasant lobby, large with different areas incl. billiard among other gaming ops Very nice staff. Facilities: besides a TV set per room, locker boxes are provided in the rooms under the beds, metal cages (guests bring their own lock). Washing machine w electronic control. Guest kitchen. Ad free music, modern song collection. TV

Cheap place and rooms were clean
but it was a party place in front of it and in neighbourhood with people being noisy til 5 am....could hardly sleep.
Many young adults....for a party in town. The staff tried to.keep it quiet but only works a bit.

Enjoyed my stay n will recommend this place for budget accommodation. It would have been better if there was a ceiling fan in the room. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Very convenient location in Frankfurt. I also enjoyed the ground coffee at the lounge.

Stayed here while on holidays and its a really lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Transport is right outside the door.
