Great location, wonderful variety of breakfast, and great staff. The proximity to Messe was the best part. Worried the weather in Frankfurt was dark and cold, but the room was facilitated with a good heating system. Water was strong, hot/cold water no problem, and very clean. Only thing to be reminded is there's no USB outlet in the room only power outlets.

So convenient just fee steps exit from the central station platform number 1. Staff are nice, room is clean, bed is comfortable, they arranged connected room as per our request earlier via trip. Frankfurt Marriott Hotel surely has the great view to the Frankfurt skyline, and the sunrise 🌄 from its window, you can't complain anything about it. Meanwhile, it has good VIP Lounge, sports bar, and buffet restaurant, overall is really a good combination. While the services can be improved to align with the hardware of it.

After our flight got canceled, we were sent here by the airline. The rooms were comfortable and the views were outstanding. As our flight was very early the next day, we didn't get to try the breakfast. The only thing that was missing from the room was a shower cap, especially if you are without your case.

This hotel has a fantastic central location. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. we booked a room to pay at the property, but as we checked in, the price that i need to pay is different as in the booking and they havent resolved the problem. the room had ac but no cooling, its even colder in the elevator than the room. the good thing was it was near to our destination and the breakfast was okay.

This booking is pay at hotel which I book for my colleague. The lady who did the check in did not ask my colleague for payment. at check out, they tell my colleague already paid, although it should be pay at hotel. Instead the hotel just charge my card which is used to pay the pre authorization. Please don’t go to this hotel, the front desk is unprofessional.
