I have one night at moxy hotel. Its was fantastic the location is prefect it in the city center. You can walk around within a minute. They had an issue with the room’s shower which they didn’t tell me about before hand. Instead of compensating me they tried to make me accountable for it. This is honestly Unacceptably by any standards let alone a brand such as Hyatt brand.

The lady who did the check in did not ask my colleague for payment. at check out, they tell my colleague already paid, although it should be pay at hotel. Super clean, affordable, and everything you need was available. There was an iron, kettle, microwave, and a small refrigerator, along with glasses and plates. There was even a possibility to cook if needed. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Definitely recommend it, and if I ever have to return to Frankfurt, I'll gladly return to these apartments. 😁

We stayed here because a delayed Lufthansa flight caused us to miss our connecting flight. Lufthansa may have a deal with this hotel. This modern hotel has a great location with only a short walk to the subway. The restaurant is ho-hum. It’s a self-serve basic restaurant. The facilities are clean and well maintained but it’s not high-end. If you just need a clean room and a bed this will be fine.

Still one of the best hotels in a great location for international travellers

The most important thing about any hotel is can you sleep. The room is dark and quiet, so it does well there. However the bed is incredibly firm, if you like firm and hard mattresses you'll be very happy with this hotel. If you do not I highly recommend going to a different hotel because it will be very difficult to sleep. For me it was very hard to sleep. Close to the airport, and newly renovated
