Where to stay in Frankfurt am Main

It is definitely a high-class, super-class five-star hotel. All the things that you would expect plus more. The sauna is a great place. I wish they had a soaking tub.

We loved the hotel. I can't get over the fact that you can set the water temperature in the shower and in the bathtub also! It was awesome! The view was amazing, we got room service and it was fast and delicious! The crew is super helpful, they even booked train tickets for us so I would give it more stars if I could!

Overall great hotel and the location is very convenient. We found the staff very cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and had a pretty good selection. The last renovation was around 15 years ago and the rooms are starting to show some wear. Also when my wife went to check the menu in the Oscar restaurant in the lobby, she saw a mouse hanging around. We decided not to eat there. :)

Amazing hotel, loved the hospitality of the staff at the front desk. The food and drink at the bar was absolutely wonderful and so was the barrista. I asked for hot water in my flask and he was happy to accomodate. Would definitely visit again!

Pretty basic, small sized room with half pleasant staff. Had to be moved because they placed me directly below a floor that they were doing construction on, making a lot of noise. A/C lacked in both rooms so I’m sure it’s hotel wide, windows do open. No room service in the hotel. Close to the train station and the river.

The reception name Manoj is just being lazy and not helpful. Was asked for a help to do some print out. But he asked me to go to other shop to do. Then i requested again, he simply give me an email and mentioned could not receive. Happy for the first and last stay.

It is a nice and tidy hotel for holiday, close to historical place. The new building has modern setting in the rooms. Deluxe room provide a separate mini sitting room. The facilities are also quite impressive, gym and bar etc.

Our flight got delayed due to weather so we missed our connection in Frankfurt. Lufthansa put us and many others up in this nearby hotel. There was a bus load of us when we went I'm sure there was more! The staff was great at handling our situation and made sure we were all taken care of. The rooms were decent and I found the beds nice and soft! The food was ok.

Pretty decent hotel for layovers. Love that they give you two pillows one big one small so you can select which is best for you. Bed is also comfortable! PS breakfast ends at 10am so if you want food make sure to come before hand.

Pretty decent hotel close to the airport. Rooms were spacious and beds were fairly comfortable. I would not recommend the restaurant as the food wasn’t great. Instead try to bar as the wings or burger are much better than the food at the restaurant. Or if you feel adventurous try one of the food items from the vending machine. We had a long layover in Frankfurt so booked in to Intercity hotel for 9 hours. Easy on line booking. Efficient easy 5-10 minute shuttle from terminal 1 arrivals to the hotel and back. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. Lovely friendly helpful staff fluent in English. Stayed two separate nights, over 3 days with a trip to Prague in between. Both times friendly and efficient check-in and checkout. Good sized room and bathroom, very comfortable large bed and everything clean. Bonus being tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Enough bars/restaurant within walking distance, along with shops etc. Will definitely stay here again when next in the area.

It's a simple hotel, but it was close to the Frankfurt Messe, which is exactly what I needed. The food for breakfast is decent, but when there are a lot of people it's a bit slow to get enough food out. They also only have one coffee machine, so there is always a line. Dinner is okay at their downstairs restaurant; nothing too fancy. They need more servers, though.

Although the Hotel itself is technically only rated two stars but when I was there, it gives me good access to public transport especially I was in a hurry, the wifi might not work that great but mobile data works well, the rooms overall are quite clean though.

Breakfast is really great. Very good crispy bacon and delicious scrambled eggs are my favorite. There are many options for bread ( gluten-gree, wheat, etc ) and also musli. Coffee is really good as well.

The room was very warm as it gets direct sunlight and has no air conditioning. The shower was so small that my body would hit the hot/cold knobs while I was turning. The bed was comfortable. I'd still stay here again.

The hotel is away from the city center. The room was a bit hot ( August) and it didn't have any AC. Room was big enough, clean. Parking was not an issue around, you can find free parkings on the street. Overall it's basic in every aspect.
