Flemings Hotel Frankfurt Main-Riverside

Hi, in addition to the amazing hotel room which is just at the right temperature when u walk in with everything you would ever need including the amazing bathroom, tea tray and beautiful room structure, the reception and the staff attitude was one of the best and sweetest I have ever seen. The kindness I and my sister were treated with at the reception and the breakfast staff, honestly thank you. I hope I come here again for a much longer stay. Thanks, stay blessed☺️

Staff was above and beyond. They were so kind and upgraded our room and gave us free early check in and breakfast. Lovely accommodations such as fruit and flavored water at the entrance. Room was comfortable and cool. Great walking distance to the river and downtown!

Location was good, very convenient to get to the old town. Air conditioning was great. Beds were comfortable and breakfast being included was a perk though just okay. Hotel staff were extremely accommodating to help us book an extra night when it was needed. However our room lacked both a mini fridge and a direct phone to reception which was an inconvenience.

The pictures of the hotel looked too good to be true for the price so we didn’t expect much. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. The room and hotel matched the pictures and were so clean and comfortable.
The view from the hotel room should be advertised even more because it was truly wonderful. We were facing the old church and the skyscrapers, so we really got to see it all.
The cleaning of the rooms was very efficient and they even provide an option of cleaning everyday or every other day with new towels. In addition they provide complimentary water bottles every day and a “sleep well” package consisting of tea, eye mask, ear plugs, and a hot water bottle. The receptionists were so helpful and kind when we were doing our self check-in incorrectly (but that was my fault since I put my full name on the registration which made it difficult to find). The hotel front door is always unlocked and there is always a receptionist, whom were all very kind and said hello every time we came in.
The location of the hotel was in a surprisingly safe and clean area with good connections to public transport and restaurants at walking distance.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Flemings Hotel Frankfurt Main-Riverside for six days in August 2023, and it was a truly delightful experience.
The hotel’s location is ideal, providing easy access to the city’s main attractions. The Superior Plus room I stayed in was a haven of comfort and luxury, with tasteful decor and top-notch amenities.
The staff were commendable, always ready to assist and making sure my stay was comfortable.
The on-site restaurant was a gastronomic delight, offering a wide array of delectable dishes that catered to every palate. However, I was surprised to find that the free minibar, which used to be a part of the Superior Plus offer, was no longer available. This was a slight disappointment as it added an extra touch of indulgence to the stay.

Question to the Management: Could you please shed some light on why the free minibar is no longer included in the Superior Plus offer?

Despite this, I wholeheartedly recommend Flemings Hotel for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Frankfurt.

I often travel to Europe and Asia for work and I would like to praise this hotel and all the staff. Open and friendly atmosphere of all employees. No problem at Check-in or with invoice matters. everything was ready for my arrival, including parking in the hotel garage. The hotel room is clean, luxuriously furnished.

We had a great stay at Flemmings Riverside Frankfurt. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, our dog was very welcome and she loved it too. Our room was very modern, clean and comfortable. We slept very well. The mini-market in the foyer was a great addition to get water and snacks. While there was no chef for the restaurant in the evening, the provision of fresh pizza and pasta was great - it was some of the best pizza we have had. Breakfast was really good (the eggs were great). Location was great, a 10 minute walk to Frankfurt centre and 10 minutes to the old town. Being right on the river was good to walk the dog along the river walk. Parking at the hotel was very convenient and easy to find. We stayed here before flying from Frankfurt Airport (15 min drive) and it was so much easier and better value for money, than staying at the airport itself. We will stay here again and look forward to it.

So far, so very good... So far the staff have been great and very accommodating. Up to now, full marks!
