Stay here on business, locate in the midst of high road traffic so taxi stopping in front of the hotel is a bit awkward. The room is relatively clean. My skin felt weird against the blanket cover though which I think is not cotton. The water pressure for the shower is not great but everything else was acceptable. I was not impressed with the breakfast nor lunch, both overpriced. 19 euro for breakfast but only hot food is fried eggs. 29 euro for lunch and I hardly ate anything as the buffet choice was so limited, soft drinks you have to pay for on top. There is hardly any restaurant around so either use delivery service or have to go to town to eat out. Staff was courteous though, the receptionist was very helpful and always got a smile. Ambience was good.

a nice hotel with everything one needs for a business trip or a touristic stay, clean room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, excellent service and a great breakfast buffet with specialties such as tofu and vegetables

My best Experience in Frankfurt for the recent 5 years, Affordable price, Great Staff: Samira - Front Desk she gives us really good services, attentive and nice. Location is good, 3 mins walk to S Bahn for hbf and messe, the room was big but sadly with a single bed only (Best Western Reward grade , they can put a queen size in that room)

I stayed in the hotel for one night. The front desk person was rude and spent lot of time getting un-nessary personal details to check in. I spent like 15 minutes with very slow and unpleasant person who somhow was very annoyed with me for no reason. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Hotels need to understand how to treat their customer properly as there are other hotels also who do.

very cool hotel, there is a sauna, hydromassage shower, very beautiful terrace; is the staff very friendly? the room is cool, a shower with a bathtub, drinks in the bar are free, and the breakfast is simply gorgeous, there is a huge amount of choice, you will not stay hungry! Recommend, 5?

I participated in a Seminar in this Hotel. So I must say: So many likeable Details for the well-being of their guests and I have found there is hardly a Hotel!! SUPER!!
Some examples of this:
Mouth rinse water to the toilet; water in pitchers with ice cream, + lemon, or ginger; leak first sugar-mills with flavor (vanilla, Amaretto, Orange, etc.) as a Topping on the coffee; a Brain-Storming-corner with nuts, Sudokoblättern, etc.; a jewelry-cleaning box at the front Desk.. and last but not least I would like to the cosy Outdoor Smoking corner furniture (pavilion, lounge, and a switchable heating).
To recommend overall, super friendly staff, very - at least as a seminar hotel, as I have met today. :-)

A nice hotel for what it is meant to be. (business hotel), not much in the neighborhood to do but transportation into Frankfurt is very easy and fast.

Is worthwhile already alone because of the fantastic Breakfast!! Huge selection of everything. Very fresh and tasty. The Spa area is small but adequate. I am looking forward to the next visit and the next Breakfast :)
