There is no iron in the room. To rent it, you need to LEAVE your ID on the reception, which is totally against the law . As nobody can request you to leave your ID out of your sight unless it is at the border or police control.

Overall is a positive experience including parking. A pity hotel chose a light coloured carpet...it didn't look clean as there are some spots from inks or whatever. Visually is bothersome...

After we complained about a big stain on the carpet and tried to change the room, we faced another problem at 11p.m.
The thermostat was not working on the room, and we could not switch from cooling to heating. at this moment we went dont to the reception and reported our problem.
Finally we had to change the room in the middle of the night.
No reply arreived on our complaints.

Rooms are good and clean. Carpets have visible stains. No tea/coffee sachets or electric kettle in the room which was surprising. No water bottles in the room but I guess that's just a German thing. WiFi keeps on disconnecting every now and then which is annoying.

We had an okay stay. The area is okay, close walking distance to the Frankfurt East station. Cleanliness level can be improved a bit. Carpets in the rooms urgently need to be changed; visible stains everywhere. Minor maintenance is needed. Overall it's okay for a short stay of 1 to 2 nights. But I won't be staying here again until it gets renovated.

Great hotel, very nice design with very friendly staff. Comfortable beds with tons of pillows and clean bathroom. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Similar price class as e.g. Moxy.
For this price range a good hotel.
I'd give it 4 stars based on the room, but the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful (every shift no matter if in the middle of the night, in the evening or in the morning) that I have to add a 5th star.
