Excellent location, very small but well appointed rooms, comfortable mattresses. Very reasonably priced.

It is my second time here and I will be back in October. The location is superb, rooms are comfortable and cosy and the service is really good.

There are quite a few things that this chain gets right. Professional and friendly service, a well-rounded breakfast, comfortable beds...
However, I can't leave anything more than one star because they can't get the basics right.
The heating system is controlled centrally, and you can not turn the air conditioning to a temperature colder than (only hotter than) what the central heating system decides. This means you are forced to either fall asleep at 23 degrees celsius or open a window and not sleep at all due to the noise coming from the main road directly outside your window. My brother and I got a combined 6 hours of sleep during our stay.
I wish I could leave a better review, but when you can't even get a good night's rest at a hotel, it doesn't deserve more.
Edit: In reponse to the owner: I did go downstairs and tell reception about our issue. I was told they can't change anything about it, and I also wasn't offered a different room.
