very good location, 10-15mins walking distance to old town and some mall, easy to get different good restaurants as well.

Rooms were quite spacious and the breakfast was really really good. Very convenient location

Somehow I feel that this hotel.does not deserves the full 5 stars of our ratings. But this city is diamond and this place of the city is magnificent. Nearby is the very historic tower of the old, medieval gate of the Free City of Frankfurt, which, as I remember, was built in 1426-1428, and miraculously reached us almost unchanged. There is now a famous small restaurant. Now, the veranda on the 7th floor of this hotel looks out over this part of the city and this magnificent tower. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was nice. Although there were problems with the electronic key card. We changed them 3 times. And the staff downstairs, I don't know why, but sometimes was kind of unpleasant. On the first day, we opened the middle aluminum window to ventilate the room, but then we could not close it in any way. We asked downstairs and they in our absence (from our permission) corrected this. I believe that the price for overall such a good hotel in such a part of the city is not very big.

The stay was absolutely fabulous. The people at the reception where superkind.
The rooms are absolutely marvelous, the orientation of the Hotel is really superb. Middle of the centre!
And woaw...the breakfast...
Even more, they kept the beauty of its past and re-adapted and integrated lots of those forgotten treasures. Visit Frankfurt then choose this hotel. You will regret only the day after you left to go home :-)

It was the perfect hotel for the first night of arrival. While you are still jet-lagging, the safe environment put you at ease instantly. I’m glad I didn’t pick a hotel near the main Frankfurt station. The location is perfect - clean and safe neighbourhood within minutes of walking to U Bahn n S Bahn.

Within walking distance of the main attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful when recommending things to do. Decided to stay here after feeling unsafe in the area our first hotel was in and was definitely worth spending a little extra!

Last week, we stayed on the 3rd floor for over a week and unfortunately had to change rooms due to AC issues. The rooms were quite dark even with all the lights on. However, much appreciated to the room attendant who did an outstanding job! The room was cleaned daily, and he was always attentive to our needs. His hard work truly made a positive difference in our experience. Thank you for being so awesome!

Friendly staff throughout the hotel make staying here very pleasurable. I didn’t eat at the ground floor restaurant on my two night stay, I would perhaps have enjoyed lunch there but sadly it’s only an evening venue.
The location could hardly be better if wanting a central place to stay.
The hotel is clean and neat and the room quite spacious. I’m not a huge fan of the open bathroom but at least the loo is quite private. Staying alone it wasn’t a problem and wouldn’t put me off staying with my wife either to be honest, just worth a mention for anyone who is interested.
The cold fridge was empty, which I find odd, and bottled water offered only on the first night which I always find strange as the room costs the same on subsequent nights. I suppose a trip to the supermarket over the road is not a big problem and can be used to stock the fridge if required, but it isn’t my perfect experience. The carpet was a bit tired and the TV only streams through HDMI, not device mirroring, which could be an improvement worth making.
Breakfast was good, spread around a bit, with various options such as scrambled eggs and bacon being completely the other end of the room from the bread and toast. And one slow coffee machine leads to frustration when the person nips in front and then makes coffee for her entire family while grappling with the instructions.
But the staff are A1. Friendly, helpful, and will go off to get a special order for eggs or omelette or coffee with a smile.
By the way, don’t miss the opportunity to ride the non-stop carousel elevator, a rare relic.
I would definitely return. Great location, comfortable, friendly and very good value.

Excellent hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Appreciate the option to have every other day room service although I ask for daily service. Room was cleaned well daily and appreciated the water and coffee provided. Water with orange/lemon at lobby was appreciated. Breakfast was expensive so we did not partake.
