Travelling with the family from Austria to Sweden we had a quick stop-over. Very convenient with nice rooms, good service and a great breakfast. The place is big, but have managed to maintain a feeling personal care.

Grandiose place with many rooms and nice garden. Kind service, huge restaurant, plenty breakfast. Close to the highway with lot of parking places. Ideal for transit

Pillow are so flat like bed sheets very uncomfortable. Duvets for winter not summer.

We were never overnight guests in this Hotel, have just celebrated new year's eve there! Nevertheless, I should like to give an excellent rating because I have found exceptionally nice employee, the act also worried minutes very sensitively and with great willingness to help, really great! The food is excellent and the new year's eve celebration is highly recommend to you! It is a pleasure for me to be there again soon!

The rooms are okay. Something to be expected, you don't need it here. Nen toilet paper holder you are looking for in vain. From the bathroom door, the paint flakes off. The Wi-Fi is free but a disgrace. If you have time, it is extremely sized, or does not connect at all. The food now is not really the Bringer of Breakfast. As I get better rolls elsewhere. And the commercial reservation. Well, not again.

This is an historical jewel, although quite young by European standards. I only stayed 16 hours, so take this review in stride.
The grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are quaintly appointed with all the necessities I've come to expect in German guest houses.
The breakfast was delightful and the staff very friendly. I speak German well enough, but the staff switched to English flawlessly when I struggled to find a word.
There was a wedding that day, but you'd never know it from any noise. Still, It would be a privilege to celebrate in such a place.
I've given a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I blame it on people like me sharing their experiences in detail so I could make good choices. Places like this set the bar for which other accommodations will strive.
I look forward to my next visit.

I wasn't impressed. There is nowhere near enough parking. I was ignored on arrival, possibly because I was wearing jeans, the served a guy in a suit who came in the door behind me. My room was not clean, one lamp was filthy with the controls missing. The other had a defect lightbulb. The bathroom made me not want to use the sink too. Loose fittings, wallpaper peeling. No thanks. I only stayed here because I was booked in by my company. I wouldn't spend my own money on it if I had the choice.

Good location, excellent parking, calm and peaceful surroundings, good bed. All in all a very good hotel, for a very decent price

My stay at the Hotel Hennies was very pleasant and relaxing. My room was in the Villa, which is quietly situated. The room was clean and very comfortable. The food menu was extensive and the food itself is a treat! The Service was very friendly and fulfilled every wish. I can recommend this Hotel very much.
