By far one of the most beautiful hotels in the heart of Mannheim. The staff is extremely friendly and will always try to get you in early. Rooms are always in top cleanliness. The fact that there is a rooftop bar in the same building and offer buffet in the morning is just amazing. Definitely would come back.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Mannheim for a business trip and had an excellent experience! The location is ideal, right in the city center and conveniently situated within a small mall that includes good shops, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. The rooftop restaurant offered fantastic views, making dining a pleasure, and the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help.

Last week, I was there for a business cocktail. My bag was stolen from the hotel's lobby. No one helped or cared, they didn't even say "sorry".

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the superb and friendly customer service, clean modern rooms, central location and wonderful breakfast, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Radisson Blu Mannheim to any colleagues or friends. Special thanks to the welcoming and accommodating staff for such a memorable stay!

I travel a lot for work and I rarely see the level of customer service that I have received here. The staff here are extremely friendly and attentive. Ms Ann and Mr Florian have done a fanominal job with their staff and built a lasting impression with their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel whenever you are in Mannheim.
