The hotel was fine, the ambience can be better! I was staying there during a hotel renovation I assume! The hotel is very helpful at times of necessities. Had some issues with keycard and electricity which the hotel team helped me with and also during the checkout they considered making a discount as well as I had such experience!

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with my stay at Zii Hotel for two nights. Despite being charged for three people (two adults and one 10-year-old child), I was only provided with a double bed. After I raised the issue, they attempted to charge me an additional €10 for a folding bed with protruding springs. Eventually, after I expressed my discontent, they provided it for free. However, I discovered that the entire area under the window was covered in mold. While the hotel has a good location and serves a decent breakfast, I cannot recommend it to anyone for the price. You have to argue and negotiate for everything.

I didn’t like it here,
The rooms are really small and uncomfortable, the lounge room looks still in construction, when we went to check out there was nobody there (it was around 7:00).

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Nice, clean area. Close to motorway if you’re in transit. Lovely lady in reception, helpful staff, very good standard. Clean and quiet rooms. Free carpark and really good breakfast. Absolutely recommend.

Everything was very good. The biggest plus of this place was the stuff - everyone I met was super helpful and extremely nice. Example - I had a small issue because my room card stopped working. The reception was super helpful, extremely polite, solved my issue in a second and asked if anything else is okay. From this perspective I was extremely happy. The rooms were clean and nice, even in a very hot summer they stayed reasonably tempered, I had a huge window so was able to cool the room during the night. I liked the bathroom, everything was new and super clean. The breakfast was also nice. Another plus of this hotel is the location - around 20 minutes from the city center on foot and directly on a train/tram station - very convenient. I strongly recommend the stay here!

Basic room with no amenities. King bed is really two twins pushed together. Bed sheets consist of a bottom fitted sheet and a 5 foot long comforter. There is no air conditioning, so you essentially sleep uncovered or you sweat it put. The "coffee maker" is a machine that heats water...you figure out what to do next. No iron...maybe that's a European thing? Tiny bathroom with only half a shower door, so have fun standing in your bath water when you brush your teeth. Soap and shampoo is a squeeze bottle hung on the wall. Cups in bathroom are plastic and a bit larger than a shot glass. If you are coming from the US, bring a European power converter...hotel doesn't supply them, so that was my mistake. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Clean. Busy central location, so it's a good launch point to see the city.

The room was ok, nice shower and comfortable bad; however, not having air conditioner completely ruined our experience. The summer temperatures can reach 36 degrees and the room has only a weak air circulation… it is like trying to sleep inside an oven.
