A simple hotel, the stuff is very kind and nice, the room is clean with good smell.
The towels are old, breakfast is nice but simple, there is not a lot of variety. No parking place and a few stairs you need to lift the luggage before the elevator by yourself. The location is amazing, in the center of the city.

The room (303) was just perfect. It was spacious, the toilet was big, with a huge window for very good ventilation. The only knock was the small/inconvenient shower. But with a nice and cosy balcony overlooking the main street the room was just perfect. Their breakfast was a mediocre 6/10 but the seating area/space is really nice.

Stayed one night, All was good at the beginning of October. Definitely worth the money. Breakfast great choices and very good coffee. Friendly staff! Parked the car in Augustiner parking lot 24 eu 24 hours. We got tickets for public transport from the receptionists. We used it well. Breakfast view!

Came here for an overnight to visit the area. This hotel is very well located to many things and public transport. I would personally recommending finding another hotel though. The walls are scuffed up. The windows are old and falling apart. The carpet through the whole hotel is gross. They strictly only allow one fan per room even though there is no A/C and the hotel easily is above 85f during June to Sept. The customer service is just not good unless you only want to stay here because of the breakfast. Otherwise for the price I would recommend several of the other nearby hotels with better facilities.

I would have loved to give the place a 4 star rating, but i can't rate the hotel on just it's breakfast.
The first step into the room, door is stuck in the floor for being too skew, only opens half way. Second thing, door handle falls off trying to close it, no screw holding it stuck.
Third, bathroom door gets stuck in floor trying to open it.. same skewness. (314)
Actually showering later showed that the shower door was as skew as the remaining doors, had to wiggle it to shut it.
These are some things that just does not give a very nice first impression.
The room otherwise was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. However, pillows were bad, 1 of 2 pillows was unusable unless your rolled it like a small ball..
Missing info about mini-bar costs in room.
(2 euro per bottle after asking)
Breakfast was quite good and fresh with enough options and flavors, however I'd change the coffee sorts if i was them, espresso/cappucino really wasn't that great.

Fabulous location right next to the station. Staff were very helpful. Good rooms but they did get quite hot even though they provided a fan. Breakfast was served on the second floor and good. There are stairs into the building and up to the lift.

Enjoyed our one night stay in the city center. The amazing end of February weather was amazing and gave us a beautiful blessed stay at the hotel. Everything is just 2 minutes away, the amazing shopping lanes, the delicious restaurants and the gorgeous lake with all the beauties of nature around the lake.
The receptionist was really funny when I asked her for ginger at the breakfast buffet for my tea. Anyways, I'm sure they will have it next time we are there. Room 209 has a cosy balcony. The view is pretty in the morning sunlight. Breakfast buffet was nice and fine for a 3 star hotel. The room was clean including the bathroom. Just, the mold in some places on the silicon in the shower was giving me a bit of shivers.
We got to leave our suitcase at the breakfast area under the tables before and after checking in. That was very helpful.

Excellent location, and a friendly stay. But, the childrens' beds were hard as a rock and parking needed to be found from a local shopping center. Good for a night or two, but not sure about a longer stay.

Very clean room. Breakfast could use a bit more variety but was absolutely OK overall.
