The hotel is a good choice if you want to stay relatively close to the city centre. The room is clean and quiet, the breakfast is amazing! I give 4 stars though because the WiFi is horrible and I couldn’t even work from my room due to the very slow network. I think it is not acceptable in 2024.

Wi-Fi was extremely slow on the 5th floor and constantly drops to the point of being useless. It took the hotel 3 days to fix it. The staff is very helpful. There’s beer in the reception 24/7. It’s a little isolated and takes about 15mins to the old town and the cool bohemian neighborhood north.

The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was helpful by trying to contact housekeeping to see if our room was ready since we arrived before check-in time. Parking across the street was a cheap 6€ per night.
The room was super basic, very empty, with no amenities (save for a tablet with hotel and local information). The tablet came in handy because we couldn't figure out how to turn on the ancient air conditioning unit. The A/C did end up working, but the controls are not clear and it was very weak. The location is just okay as it's a little bit of a walk into the city center. The room itself was expensive, over $200 for one night in their most basic room, and breakfast was over 20€ per person.

I really enjoyed my time there and I can recommend this hotel. Rooms are very nice. They have even some vegan options for breakfast.

Average American corporate hotel. Breakfast is $19. No hot water pot, tea or coffee in the room. No Bathgate. Long walk to the Metro.

Very good location for walking over river to old part of dresden. Very quiet location with good parking around. Either on road or car park. Payment required. Nice room. Didn't try breakfast. We walked up to cafe ozwalde which is very good coffee.

We were only staying one night in Dresden, so not much time. The font desk staff were really good. On arrival, you need to obtain a pass to enter the car park. If you are on your own, it's a pain as you need to go into the hotel and get a pass. The street is busy, so it's not easy. The rooms are a good size and well finished

Three star is too much for this hotel, at best it should be a 1 star hotel. First of all there is basically nothing in the room, not even a kettle. You don't get a bottle of water even... Also the INTERNET speed is disaster! I couldn't even open a website. The breakfast is ok. Location is nice. The rooms are quite spacious. The toilets are very dark with smelly showers. The staff are not the nicest as well (they forgot how to smile). All in all for its price it's not worth it at all.

No fridge in the room. Cleaning and towels change is every 2 days, but you can get towels at reception.

A standard 3 star hotel with a good service and great location, close to a major Tram station and to the Neustadt area.
