The hotel offers a great location—very easy to access and close to key attractions, which was a big plus. The room was decent for a budget stay, clean enough for comfort. However, the hospitality at reception was quite average, and the staff didn’t seem very proactive or eager to assist. Overall, it’s a typical low-cost hotel experience—good if you’re mainly looking for convenience and a place to sleep

Kinda of confusing to find the location in the dark near a parking lot. Some of the German patrons were rude, and intolerant. The outlets in my room didn’t work all night and I couldn’t charge my phone, barely any channels in English for tv entertainment. The breakfast is an added charge and not included. For a private room, I was given a tiny bed, I couldn’t stretch wide on (big girl here) and had trouble sleeping, as the air condition didn’t go on, and I needed to leave the windows open for a cold night.

We had a lovely stay at Ibis Dresden! The location was great to so many restaurants and shops and malls! We had a great room as far as space wise, the view from our room was great! I feel like the rooms can be a little bit styled up and vibrant a little bit.
During our breakfast we had ao many options to chose from! The staff was great! Parking can be a bit tricky but there are some parking garages in couple of minutes walking distance and you can just park with your car there.
The Dresden train station is like 5 minutes away! Very convenient location!

Central location. It is branded as budget, but feels like one. Corridors give a rundown feeling. Towels are super thin. No kettle nor coffee or tea in the room.

The corridor to our room was a bit dated and carpet stained but the room was good enough.
The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of fresh foods but a larger toasting machine is definitely required. A 2 slice toaster for a large breakfast crowd is definitely not enough. I gave up waiting to toast my bread, as did several other people.
Overall a good place to stay.

The best thing about this place was the lifts. There are four in the satellite building and they are super fast. Gets you out of the building quickly. It is a budget hotel but that doesn't mean it has to be so bad. There's a single plug in the room which is fine for single occupancy but if you need to charge two devices and you don't have a splitter. The room was super basic and very tired. It was also extremely hot. The "Air conditioning" did absolutely nothing to dissipate the heat (it was degree outside) so we had to use the windows to cool the room down then close them before we froze. The shower was wonderful. That's sarcasm. Pressure was poor but the water temperature randomly fluctuated between scalding and freezing. The toilet. What can I say. There's six inches between the front of the toilet and the wall. You sit on it sideways. Worse, there's no reason for the wall to be there. On the other side is the very very wide entrance hall. I am super glad we were there only two nights. I won't be choosing this brand again.
