The best thing about this place was the lifts. There are four in the satellite building and they are super fast. Gets you out of the building quickly. It is a budget hotel but that doesn't mean it has to be so bad. There's a single plug in the room which is fine for single occupancy but if you need to charge two devices and you don't have a splitter. The room was super basic and very tired. It was also extremely hot. The "Air conditioning" did absolutely nothing to dissipate the heat (it was degree outside) so we had to use the windows to cool the room down then close them before we froze. The shower was wonderful. That's sarcasm. Pressure was poor but the water temperature randomly fluctuated between scalding and freezing. The toilet. What can I say. There's six inches between the front of the toilet and the wall. You sit on it sideways. Worse, there's no reason for the wall to be there. On the other side is the very very wide entrance hall. I am super glad we were there only two nights. I won't be choosing this brand again.

Rooms are very basic and in need of updating. Reception was in a building next to the one our room was in.you needed to use your door pass to enter the building. Twice we were tailgated. We spoke with a member of staff from reception, but they didn't seem too interested. There needs to be a bit more security. Would I return to this hotel? Sadly no

Shocking experience. I ordered a super saver package, that included free cancellation, breakfast and internet. Upon arrival discovered that my room has very poor WiFi signal and I need to step out of my room to surf internet. When complained to lobby stuff, I was told that there is nothing to do, and that I can cancel the internet and breakfast from package, but breakfast alone on spot price is the  same as package price. When I said that this is disappointing, and one of the reasons to choose the hotel was the attractive package, I was told by reception guy that may be indeed I need to go away to different hotel...

Besides that when at first night I asked to heat a baby bottle in microwave I got angry eyeboll rolling and grimace.

Besides that many signs in hotel are in German only, even customer feedback form. See attached images.

Bottom line: are tourists welcomed in that hotel?
