A beautiful little hotel! Everyone was so welcoming and spoke fluent English. The rooms are nice and spacious and it’s so airy with positive energy! I had a construction works on my side of building, which started to work early, but otherwise all is great. Rooms are big, comfortable, all linen and utilities are high level. Breakfast and coffee high quality. Did not have opportunity to use spa and gym, but having them here is great.

The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, the wellness facilities wonderful.

Absolutely nothing to complain... Reception was friendly but efficient, rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom the same, dinner way delicious and breakfast with a wide selection that is also tasty. Wet did not use the spa or the gym but i feel confident that this would round off the experience and completely justify the price.

I had an excellent stay and it all started with the dashing young front desk attendant, Zack. Not only was his customer service impeccable, he was dressed the the nines. If I was to recommend a hotel, I would recommend this one if only to chat with Zach again. This man deserves a raise!!

Very good German cuisine with dishes that you don't get everywhere. Very loving preparation, reasonable waiting time for the freshly prepared food. Very friendly natural but professional service. The only slightly unpleasant point of criticism is the fact that the boss did not inquire whether everything was ok, even though he was two tables away for a conversation. The place is nice, with two tram. lines close that can bring you to the downtown. The room was good, with nice bed. The main problems were that the room was cleaned only once in two weeks (what is not very relevant for just one weekend). Before arriving make sure that they send you the entrance code and the number of the room. The codification system of the key was also anoying.

Excellent accomodation with parking space. Appartment has everything you need even for longer stay. Public transportation is near, all shops also. Walking to centre is quite long, so public transportation is recommended because it works excellent. Very nice place to be. Thank you acora.

We have booked Leonardo Heidelberg hotel for a week and it was one of the best choices we've made in this trip!! The staff were very kind and helpful and helped with everything we needed! Super clean and convenient (5min walk to Heidelberg Central Station/10 min to flixbus boarding point)! Enjoyed the 3 nights.

Good for the railway. A trek on foot to Aldstadt but there is tram 22 at the bridge. If you have money and eat meat, have dinner at Heidi’s two blocks up. The main issue with the room was not working out how to operate the hobs or extractor after 15 minutes of trying. Thankfully I could use the microwave instead.

This small studio apartment was a wonderful place just outside the action in Heidelberg, it gave a sense of living with the locals. The apartment was clean and spacious, it also had a great bathroom that was a great size.

The hotel sits in an upscale neighborhood with beautiful houses and gardens nearby. The whole area is very quiet and clean. The hotel room is surprisingly spacious and well equipped. Stayed here for two nights, this place was amazing for a solo traveller, very conveniently located, rooms were very clean and nice! The staff were extremely nice as well, i checked in late and they were able to accommodate me very well.

Ok. Big rooms. Clean. Modern. But they did not clean the room in 2 weeks but once. You have to ask them to clean the room. I did. And then they said they forgot to do it. And then there was weekend and they don not clean during weekends. Then i asked again Monday. At 6pm after work come to my room amd they were just starting. So I had to ask them leave.

Good business hotel. Quick check in, quick checkout, reasonable price, first filling of the fridge is for free. Quality and design of the rooms depends a bit on your luck, there are rooms that still look like from the 90ies but also newer and nicer looking rooms as well. Great hotel! Very clean, the windows are very well insulated and block 99% of the noise from the street, even the sound of the tram could barely be heard! The aircon works very well and keeps the room very comfortable. The beds are large and comfy, the room was clean. You can opt to have cleaning done less often and get a free drink voucher also.
