Nice hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and more than enough, one diner in the restaurant was also very good. Sometimes the floor where we slept was a little noisy, And after our opinion the rooms were 2, 3 grades to warm.

Hotel is only one stop by tram from the main railway station. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Just that the hardware are quite old, you can tell from the carpet, wallpaper and the hardware especially the bathroom style is unbearable with this price. Strongly recommend a renovation to keep up with the brand name.

My family was stuck in the elevator and pressed the help button to no avail. The elevator was bouncing and feeling dangerous. The hotel did not prepare any slippers when checking in, the room for 4 people only had one pair of toothbrushes, and there was no air conditioning!

We had a lovely stay here! The bedroom and the bed itself were really big and comfortable. Shower was nice and they had good products to use like shampoos, soaps etc. We had a drink at the bar which had a good vibe. All the staff were really nice and gave us some tips to explore the area!

I drove from Munich to the Rhine Valley and stayed here for one night. I also checked in Heidelberg, which was nice.

The staff were so kind to Koreans who came from far away! (Especially the female receptionist.) Even though I checked in late, they even arranged dinner for me, and the view was amazing! They even have a dedicated parking lot, so parking is super convenient. If you have a rental car, I highly recommend it. Thank you again for your kindness.

The location is close to the city center and not far from the old town, but the price seems a bit expensive. The hotel lobby corridor is quite beautiful, but the room is small and the windows are similar to corridor windows. The bathroom is generally clean, but the bed always has a bit of smell.

This is a magnificient hotel. We stayed two nights in the junior suite and it was delightful. The interior is very classic and historically impressive. You barely find anything comparable in Germany. If you are looking for an exceptional hotel to visit, this is the place to be.

It is a very good place to stay if you plan to take a trip to Heidelberg. Its just a stroll down to the Necker River strand and the old city, Corn Market area. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is sumptuous.

Older hotel has all the amenities and is comfortable. I’ve stayed several times and will continue to go back. While there is not much for a view, it is convenient to nice restaurant choices. It is also within walking distance to the train station and river (maybe 15 min for either). The service is always good and the restaurant is decent if you prefer not to leave the hotel.

I was at the Ibis hotel a couple of years ago and I must say I was skeptical because my last stay was not that good, mostly because the rooms were so old and looked dirty. But since then, a renovation took place and the rooms look much better, are well kept, clean, no mold in the bathroom and no unpleasant smell. Clean and modern property The hotels in the centre of Leimen are not very nice so chose Engelhorn even though you need a car because it’s in a more industrial type location. Rooms are very nice, spacious and clean, so is the bathroom. Staff very friendly, free parking on site. Would return if I had to stay in Leimen (instead of directly in Heidelberg)

We have booked Leonardo Heidelberg hotel for a week and it was one of the best choices we've made in this trip!! The staff were very kind and helpful and helped with everything we needed! Great hotel! Very clean, the windows are very well insulated and block 99% of the noise from the street, even the sound of the tram could barely be heard! The aircon works very well and keeps the room very comfortable. The beds are large and comfy, the room was clean. You can opt to have cleaning done less often and get a free drink voucher also.
