Dirty stained carpet in room. Garbage can in room was still almost full from the last guest. Receptionist had trouble finding my reservation, then blamed me for giving her "the wrong name"! I think I know my own name... .

Terrible Service. Despite half Board booking, and only three courts to wait over an hour to eat and about 45 minutes on drinks. Customers without half-Board to be sent away, because the kitchen is overwhelmed due to 15 guests!!! Rooms are small, relatively clean but a little worn. Definitely not a three star... a Maximum of two.

To Stay the Hotel is suitable. The room was clean but a bit small. But the gastronomy unfortunately leaves much to be desired. The staff is nice and friendly but professional at the thing. It began with the arrival of about 2 hours waiting before we got to the room (after 15.00).
In the evening we were given the order to 20,30 p.m. other hotel guests to have food even though the Restaurant is open until 22.00 hours. The Breakfast on the first day was very stressful and very unorganized. Our menu we took in the evening rather be somewhere else, because we have noticed the mess from the day before (long waiting times, despite orders).
Against 21.30 o'clock at the Hotel, we wanted to arrived for a drink on the terrace, and that was only after a long Talk with the staff. From what We got to drink, but the waitress couldn't even tell us what brought you to us after the 3. the questions she brought the bottle of (no technical knowledge ) But the highlight was when we wanted to redeem at the castle Moritzburg on our voucher, as the hotel staff has written a plan for what we have booked so we only got the simple cards without a guide. What has annoyed us very much. But we've been in spite of everything, a nice short break and are rested when they come home.
