Very nice hotel in a great location. The view is stunning. The hotel is exclusive, clean and very friendly. We had a conference here and were very pleased with the room, the service and the atmosphere. If you want to have a quality conference or to experience Meissen in person, this is the place. Highly recommended for both business and tourism.

Very kind staff; they speak English very well and were so prepared for us. The hotel is nice, with a delicious breakfast and many variants. I recommend this place; the city and view are amazing. Rooms are very clean and good-looking, recently reconditioned

Amazing veiw from the garden, but only if you have the room situated there. Personell smoking at the window, everything in the room. Noisy room, some ventilation there, no aircondition, only fresh air from the ventilation system. No breakfast included, parking charge for 12 EUR. I was angry and disappointed. Never again.

Great service at the hotel, the location is absolutely amazing with a view on the water of the castle. Have a drink on the patio during sunset against the castle or walk in the morning on the path along the water wall.
For parking use the street parking for free that is just after the hotel and save 25 euro a night.
Breakfast was very good and the room is very nice with glass all around you.

We only went to a spa, it's a very nice place, we will come back! And extremely polite and friendly staff at reception.

Fantastic hotel with horrible sound proofing from the street. Room was in sifferent facility than the main building and looked worn down and in need of renovation

Reception too cool to be real. No smile, no welcome, no guest apprehension, no questions. Pay & go.
The restaurant is highly recommended: welcoming and approachable staff (the evening service team is a true asset to the hotel), great food, nice menu with a view (the river Elbe and the castle/cathedral.
Breakfast: you have to greet the staff with "good morning", otherwise they would bypass you busy with more important activities than guests (example: an obvious trainee so shy he is walking around in circles).
