Wonderful hotel! The staff is very friendly, polite and attentive. By the way, I arrived around midnight. The architecture is amazing. A harmonious combination of old building fabric and modern building materials and forms. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. I felt 100% comfortable. Gratitude

Very friendly, young staff. Always helpful. The building has a chic industrial style, the rooms are adequately spacious and exude a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast is very good, with a good selection, and even served until 12 noon on Sundays. Refills were always promptly refilled. The city center is also easily accessible on foot. Parking is not a problem: there are plenty of underground parking spaces at the hotel and public parking spaces (also for a fee).

The room was nice and the people very friendly but there was a live band playing at top volume till gone 2am, then music still playing after that. I had to work the next day and was absolutely exhausted. I understand this may not have had anything to do with the hotel but couldn't risk staying again!

We were happy to return to Factory Hotel after a year. It is on route for us travelling through Europe and a great place to stay.
This time we couldn't park in the underground car park as we had a roof box and we were disappointed that we had to run around looking for a way to pay for parking to get out of the car park.
We are returning again this week and hope that the situation will not be repeated.

On Google it is advertised they have a chic bar. I tried to sit for a coffee and they said it was not possible, the advertising is confusing.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable, the WiFi is fast. You get a voucher over 5€ for every day you choose to not have your room cleaned and it's valid in several places around the hotel. It is conveniently reached by bus. Definitely would recommend.

Not the best location if convenience to the town centre is your aim but more than makes up with gorgeous large rooms and service. Even a dental kit is provided which is a rare thing for hotels in Germany. Super fast WIFI makes it a clean sweep for 5*.

An interesting idea, creating a hotel in a former factory building. Apart from the nice idea, due to the structure, the mobile quality is extremely poor and the breakfast is only acceptable.

Very cool location, very good food, nice rooms and friendly personnel. If you get the chance to stay in Munster, do it there

Clean, hip, modern. Staff is very friendly And helpful. A bit far to walk to center, but taxis are easily available, or rent a bike from the hotel!
