I'd recommend this hoteling location. Its a bit far from main train station but you will find it peaceful.

Everything met my expectations. Breakfast was very good. The hotel located in walking distance from the stadium.

The room wasn't large, probably due to its location near the exhibition hall, which makes it more expensive. However, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Even the cleaning lady was very helpful. I arrived early and they helped me find a vacant room and check in early. The breakfast was suitable for locals, with some raw meats, which was great if you're used to it. Even better, it's very close to the exhibition hall, making it a safe and walkable area.

It's very close to the exhibition and you can walk there. The facilities are good and the breakfast is rich. I will book this hotel again next time. It is very convenient for attending the Dortmund exhibition.

The WiFi signal doesnt reach a lot of the rooms, the rooms are dirty (stains on carpet and curtains, generally everything about it looks tired and dusty), and they run out of food at breakfast… I arrived 15mins before closing time and there was no hot food left except some scrambled eggs that were so bad I couldn’t manage to eat them, no pastries, no smoothies and a bunch of other stuff missing. Some of the staff are rude as well and I saw them sort-of-not-really-cleaning the tables properly. Do not recommend.
Oh and the sauna isn’t free either anymore.
Only good thing is it’s only a short walk to the stadium so that’s nice.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The rooms were very spacious and the service was excellent.
The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of vegetarian/ vegan options. There was also a gym and sauna. The gym is included in the room price and sauna is 3€ pro person. They have towels and bathrobes for free.
Only drawback is that we had really bad wifi connection in our room on the 6th floor.
The hotel is easily accessible by car and there is a U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations nearby.
