Was very disappointed with my room
I booked a superior room but it was small and unpleasant. According to the desk clerk there was no mistake and this is a Superior Room. Looking at the flour plan the room including the entrance corridor has around 14.3m²
Staff was polite and breakfast was ok but not fantastic
Although I am a ACCOR member for many years, I really do not feel there was any advantage or preferred treatment in my case

Friendly staff, good location. BUT: the room is in dire need of renovation, exuding the morbid charm of the 80s or some other long-gone decade. The bathroom and toilet lack active ventilation, and the bathroom lighting is only on the right, completely unacceptable for women to apply makeup. Ancient carpet, a used coffee pod in the coffee machine, residual water in the reservoir, a kettle completely covered in limescale, paint marks on the walls, and traces of old curtain fasteners. The only magazine in the room was from the summer of the previous year (2024). Imagine if a foreign tourist wandered here—what kind of impression would they get of German 4-star hotels? Embarrassing. This hotel in this condition doesn't even deserve three stars.

The hotel is really showing its age. It's dated in style, but at least my room was intact. Renovations seem to be underway at the moment – there was drilling going on the whole time (thankfully, it only started at 10 p.m.). The rooms are very noisy, and I was also unlucky with the location right next to the elevator... The breakfast is solid, and the staff is very friendly. The location is very good, right next to the stadium.

Had our stay here whilst exhibiting at the ADAC SIM expo. All the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The rooms and public areas were kept very clean and tidy. The standout star for our stay was Steven (restaurant/Bar staff). He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great guy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you from all the guys at BDH Race SIM Hardware!

Parking directly at the hotel. A restaurant for dinner in the hotel, limited menu but very tasty. Breakfast buffet mediocre. Room small, bathroom also. Beds not comfortable.

We stayed here couple nights. It’s a good hotel. Some stuff is old. The bed is ok. The breakfast is great and rich. There is a sauna and a pool. But the pool was under renovation. There is no fridge in the room, which is not convenient. Otherwise, the room is well equipped. The parking lot is too small. Once we found the cover on the floor after room cleaning. The staff is friendly.

During euro 2024 barely visible sings that roads will be shut. Front desk didn't bother remind the visitors about closing the area no way in and out using car.
