Arrived early morning 2am, booked online but it hadn’t registered with the hotel. Thankfully the staff was very helpful and accommodated us and allowed us to rest and sort out in the morning. 🏨 hotel was clean tidy and modern at reception. Good deal hotel for 1 or 2 business nights. Would not stayed longer. Room was lets say OK, bathroom needs improvements. Staff was nice, breakfast was ok too.

Very nice breakfast and located close to Neckarsulm Restaurants! The rooms are not nice any more and urgently need a make over. Cleaning only on request, which is one thing you do not want to care about on a business trip. The staff was always nice and supportive.

very clean and comfortable structure next to the Railway station of Neckarsulm. The bedroom was quite big even for 2 people. The breakfast above all was OK. Very good position in case of business trip. and the industrial area of the town is reachable very easily by foot or via public transport (bus)

I was there a few days for a training, and can complain about ncihts. The owner (at least I suspect that it is the Couple of the owners) are very nice and accommodating. I had a Smoking room, good Breakfast and nice small talk with several employees. The statement on the delivery company problomlos, several of my colleagues in another Hotel had a very big problems. In general this is a common 3 star hotel while they pretend it’s a 4 star. The worst in this hotel is housekeeping: you can’t get extra bottle of drinking water in the room even if you’re staying for a month and you’re a platinum Wyndham member. We had a good overnight stay at this hotel while travelling back from south of Germany to the Netherlands. It's a very good hotel for a stay while travelling. We had a good and spacious room. We slept well. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Parking is free.

The sports field is right outside the window, which is quite comfortable to look at. It is highly breathable and very comfortable to change into. On sunny days, you can also watch the sun, walk around the parking lot of the cinema downstairs, and get close to nature.

We were for the first Time in Heilbronn, to relax a bit and wander in the vineyards. The Prinz Carl is a good address and I have felt with my family really well. Family Brummeissl is just personal and you don't realize that one is in a Hotel. The rooms were as we have presented, and we felt really comfortable.

In a great location in Neckarsulm and easy to reach by bike, the hotel scores with a great atmosphere and furnishings. The rooms are clean and friendly furnished. The beer tastes great and the food is more than plentiful and at fair prices. Everything is served by nice and friendly conditions. And in the morning the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired... gladly again...

Shining new hotel with a marine themed rooms, cool bar and bike/scooter rental on the spot. Yes, it's in the industrial area, but that's not a problem when you re coming to Heilbronn with a car. Note with reference to some other reviews- hotel bar/restaurant is very much open at 10pm, you can find also a little fridge with refreshments, drinks and snacks in the lobby.

Bad value for money! Too few spaces in the room for deposit things/clothes. Only 2 hangers. Food serving only until 10pm. No mini bar. No wending machine. Bad location. No comfortable chair or desk to work from.the room.

Easy access by self check-in. Elevator is working only from 1sr floor up. Not able to reach the lobby. Internet is not working, which is very dissapointing. Nobody is at the reception desk, thus there is no way to complain or seek assistance the issue to be resolved.

Incredibly helpful staff. I arrived in Heilbronn to find my actual hotel closed. The Mercure staff could not have been more helpful. Found me a room. Recommended a good restaurant. Helped me call my other hotel the next day. I would definitely recommend.

A very good 3star hotel. Decent breakfast collections. English speaking people at the reception are not so fluent. But they make sure you have pleasant stay. If you arrive late in the evening make sure you can check your mail, usually the drop the keys in place along with information how to collect it. Save the number of the hotel owner to be on the safer side.

Good hotel with a very nice location right in the center of Heilbronn. The food was good and the service excellent but it's a very old fashioned hotel, that you have to like I would say. We had planned a surprise visit for my aunts 74th birthday. We had made our arraignments from NY and we had originally booked our stay online at another close by hotel which turned out to be total disaster. It was outdated poorly maintained and undergoing renovations. Their staff kept moving us from one room to another as some of the rooms did not have heat or electricity. The staff at the hotel are lovely. Rooms are a good size and well kept. We had a great view of the city and the location allowed us to visit the Christmas markets which took over the downtown. The hotel is also well located, close to transportation within the city and not far from the railroad station.

Very good stay in the hotel, the only problem was no airco. This made it very hard to sleep but that doesn't rly matter (there are rooms with airco), we went to the nearby pizzeria, that offers more than just pizza, the food was very good. The next morning we ate breakfast at the hotel all I can say was that there was a lot of choice and all of it was really good!

Hotel is located in the city 15-17 mins walk to the main station. There is a super mrkt 6-7 mins walk away. No restaurants nearby but not to worry as the hotel has a good restaurant within. Breakfast is normal but fulfilling. Staff is super cool and supportive.

Clean rooms, poor selection at restaurant. Hotel divided into 2 parts on both sides of the street, but main reception, bar, restaurant is at one only- so you have to walko across street to get there.

Only negative point is that the room was that the CENTRALISED AC only works when above 21 degrees outside. The entire stay in the room was a bit too warm without the AC (as outside temperature was only 18 degrees and hence no AC)

My and my team of 14 people stayed here for a week and we had most lovely time. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, the breakfast is great (homemade jams!) and the service is super friendly and accomodating. Room design and the whole concept gives the hotel a very homely feel. Super super and super, we stayed in the Nairobi junior suite and it was all that we wanted, it looked like a a picture from a magazine, it was super clean the bed comfortable (with 1 big mattress) so I could lay comfortably in the arms of my husband without laying in the crack. If you're after something convenient, clean and easy to get to, this is the place! It's a tram ride away from the central station or about 15 mins walk. Am very happy to be here. 3-5 min from the station by foot. Nice Staff. Room clean and also otherwise in the whole Hotel always very clean. Pillows in the room quite thick. Blind, but not down. With Wood, because flowers, the Time boxes blocked off. The bathroom is functional and everything is there. Wi-Fi is free and OK.

Overally OK, room smaller, shower very small, but clean and nice, very well location with parking for free and wifi which is fast and stable... Breakfast OK as well and included the price.

I was a bit concerned about the location but in the end, the hotel was cleaned, and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Good for a stop on the road. Be aware that you need to book the parking in advance if you arrive late, which we didn’t know. Therefore we had to park in the street.
