Surprising hotel. Well equipped and clean. But the computer system requires you to wait as employees make phone calls to get basic requests approved, like a stay extension. This Hotel was perfect for what we needed. PLaced in a loely town with a very relaxing feel. The Hotel and staff were friendly and efficient. We had an early start so chose to eat in the Hotels restaurant which proved to be great. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great even early on a weekend. Very nice breakfast and located close to Neckarsulm Restaurants! The rooms are not nice any more and urgently need a make over. Cleaning only on request, which is one thing you do not want to care about on a business trip. The staff was always nice and supportive.

I was there a few days for a training, and can complain about ncihts. The owner (at least I suspect that it is the Couple of the owners) are very nice and accommodating. I had a Smoking room, good Breakfast and nice small talk with several employees. The statement on the delivery company problomlos, several of my colleagues in another Hotel had a very big problems. In a great location in Neckarsulm and easy to reach by bike, the hotel scores with a great atmosphere and furnishings. The rooms are clean and friendly furnished. The beer tastes great and the food is more than plentiful and at fair prices. Everything is served by nice and friendly conditions. We were for the first Time in Heilbronn, to relax a bit and wander in the vineyards. The Prinz Carl is a good address and I have felt with my family really well. Family Brummeissl is just personal and you don't realize that one is in a Hotel. The rooms were as we have presented, and we felt really comfortable.

Nothing special, relatively expensive, 42€ but as far as clean and tidy, though, showers/WC and key collection are floors a few km away because I'm fitter, I would say to the extent satisfactory but Wifi is at least free of charge and relatively quickly.

It was a very nice stay in the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortably furnished. The service was top notch. Unfortunately, I do have one small criticism. The tiles in the shower are very slippery and there is no way to hold on. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

We had made our arraignments from NY and we had originally booked our stay online at another close by hotel which turned out to be total disaster. Very good stay in the hotel, the only problem was no airco. This made it very hard to sleep but that doesn't rly matter (there are rooms with airco), we went to the nearby pizzeria, that offers more than just pizza, the food was very good. Nice friendly staff. All aminities close by. Quiet place. One cons is bad wifi connectivity

Good restaurant good food and service at a good price however what let it down is I could not find disable access

The Hotel is okay and for one night it is okay... However, the first thing you notice when you come into the room the stench was because the shower drain has extremely gemieft.

Decent Hotel with very service boar's item staff. A French bed is the Highlight in the room. The building is outdated and has no Elevator. Who knows the price situation of Heilbronn, feels the Hotel is very cheap.

Like many German hotels there is no microwave or refrigerator. However there was a working elevator! The rooms were spacious and very clean. A large, wonderful breakfast buffet was included with multiple types of coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. They serve food also in the afternoon and night. One of the employees speaks 4 languages, so no problems with communication! If you have a larger auto...

I thought this hotel was very welcoming. I do wish that I could gave booked a room at reception for the same price as booking. com (who take a chunk of commission) But it wasn't to be. Sorry...In the end we went to Airbnb. But still really like this hotel.
