Lovely studio in top floor, spacious, stylish, supremely comfortable. Very good wifi and TV. Good breakfast, nice modern clean rooms with espresso. Aircon a bit weak in the summer heat. A glitch with the online reservation platform was well managed commercially by the reception desk.

Rooms are in top condition. Comfy beds and clean and well equipped bathrooms with floor level showers - a must in a modern hotel. GREAT INTERNET. Star deducted for: - inconvenient opening hours of the fitness studio. Arrived early morning 2am, booked online but it hadn’t registered with the hotel. Very nice breakfast and located close to Neckarsulm Restaurants! The rooms are not nice any more and urgently need a make over. Cleaning only on request, which is one thing you do not want to care about on a business trip. The staff was always nice and supportive.

I was there a few days for a training, and can complain about ncihts. The owner (at least I suspect that it is the Couple of the owners) are very nice and accommodating. I had a Smoking room, good Breakfast and nice small talk with several employees. The statement on the delivery company problomlos, several of my colleagues in another Hotel had a very big problems. We were for the first Time in Heilbronn, to relax a bit and wander in the vineyards. The Prinz Carl is a good address and I have felt with my family really well. Family Brummeissl is just personal and you don't realize that one is in a Hotel. The rooms were as we have presented, and we felt really comfortable.

In a great location in Neckarsulm and easy to reach by bike, the hotel scores with a great atmosphere and furnishings. The rooms are clean and friendly furnished. The beer tastes great and the food is more than plentiful and at fair prices. Everything is served by nice and friendly conditions. Nice, clean, fully equipted apartment with kitchen anex. I can even say it's look like small flat. Interesting design and organization of room. Plently of space, very quite area. Reception in separate building - speaks only german, open from 7 or 8 till 21. Brackfast in another separate building but tasty and ok.

Shining new hotel with a marine themed rooms, cool bar and bike/scooter rental on the spot. Yes, it's in the industrial area, but that's not a problem when you re coming to Heilbronn with a car. Note with reference to some other reviews- hotel bar/restaurant is very much open at 10pm, you can find also a little fridge with refreshments, drinks and snacks in the lobby.

Bad value for money! Too few spaces in the room for deposit things/clothes. Only 2 hangers. Food serving only until 10pm. No mini bar. No wending machine. Bad location. No comfortable chair or desk to work from.the room.

Easy access by self check-in. Elevator is working only from 1sr floor up. Not able to reach the lobby. Internet is not working, which is very dissapointing. Nobody is at the reception desk, thus there is no way to complain or seek assistance the issue to be resolved.

All of the years to the reunion of the year 1936/1937 we meet and spend the night there. Very attentive and courteous in dealing with women traveling alone convinced us again and again. The Boss was downright warm izund generous with us. Always happy there.

City Hotel usually servers good breakfast. I discovered Sonnday Biscuit here. Moreover the staff was very helpful and caring. The location of the hotel is best as it is walking distance from city center. The scene of the wine yards from the hotel window is wonderful.

Currently under renovation but I haven't been bothered too much. Loved the wellness area with a beautiful sauna and pool. Poor wifi - you need to login every few hours again with some weird code. Internet connection is rather slow. No iron and ironing board available for the rooms. You have to go to the laundry and use a broken one. I stayed at the Parkhotel for work purposes over the past three months and highly recommend it. It is a very new hotel and impresses with well designed rooms and facilities as well as excellent service. The restaurant also offers a limited but tasty menu. The hotel staff went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. I will definitely be back!

Very good stay in the hotel, the only problem was no airco. This made it very hard to sleep but that doesn't rly matter (there are rooms with airco), we went to the nearby pizzeria, that offers more than just pizza, the food was very good. The next morning we ate breakfast at the hotel all I can say was that there was a lot of choice and all of it was really good!

Hotel is located in the city 15-17 mins walk to the main station. There is a super mrkt 6-7 mins walk away. No restaurants nearby but not to worry as the hotel has a good restaurant within. Breakfast is normal but fulfilling. Staff is super cool and supportive.

I decided on Best Western based on its proximity to the autobahn and Orbitz rating. I booked it two days prior to arrival. Only negative point is that the room was that the CENTRALISED AC only works when above 21 degrees outside. The entire stay in the room was a bit too warm without the AC (as outside temperature was only 18 degrees and hence no AC)

My and my team of 14 people stayed here for a week and we had most lovely time. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, the breakfast is great (homemade jams!) and the service is super friendly and accomodating. Room design and the whole concept gives the hotel a very homely feel. Super super and super, we stayed in the Nairobi junior suite and it was all that we wanted, it looked like a a picture from a magazine, it was super clean the bed comfortable (with 1 big mattress) so I could lay comfortably in the arms of my husband without laying in the crack. If you're after something convenient, clean and easy to get to, this is the place! It's a tram ride away from the central station or about 15 mins walk. Great place to stay if you are on a business visit. They have a very nice gym facility with good sauna. Breakfast menu is vast with variety of choices. Very close to the Friedensplatz train station so travelling is not an issue.

Decent accommodations. Some of the things in the room will be unexpected for American business people. The fitted sheet feels like plastic. The comforter is much smaller than the bed. The shower is small. You get one towel and no wash cloth. They open the window everytime they clean the room. The wifi does not reach my iPhone 6! I was a bit concerned about the location but in the end, the hotel was cleaned, and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Good for a stop on the road. Be aware that you need to book the parking in advance if you arrive late, which we didn’t know. Therefore we had to park in the street.

Rooms clean and tidy, close to the bus stop and supermarkets. Breakfast was nice. Couldn’t ask for more in this price range.

The Hotel is okay and for one night it is okay... However, the first thing you notice when you come into the room the stench was because the shower drain has extremely gemieft.

Decent Hotel with very service boar's item staff. A French bed is the Highlight in the room. The building is outdated and has no Elevator. Who knows the price situation of Heilbronn, feels the Hotel is very cheap.

Like many German hotels there is no microwave or refrigerator. However there was a working elevator! The rooms were spacious and very clean. A large, wonderful breakfast buffet was included with multiple types of coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. They serve food also in the afternoon and night. One of the employees speaks 4 languages, so no problems with communication! If you have a larger auto...

I thought this hotel was very welcoming. I do wish that I could gave booked a room at reception for the same price as booking. com (who take a chunk of commission) But it wasn't to be. Sorry...In the end we went to Airbnb. But still really like this hotel.
