It was not my plan to stay here but I was switched from the hotel of my choice by the owners to this hotel. I should have been notified but the message was lost in the chain. This is a nice hotel right in the centre of Oberhausen, well appointed, the rooms are comfortable and the room safe is large enough to hold a laptop. There's paid parking right next door. The reception is closed from midnight...
Such a fine hotel but the reception staff are not pleasant to guests. I watched as Families that arrived were not received with warm greetings. Also the rooms and towels should be cleaner than what I met.
Good hotel in general, some staff are a bit impatient but otherwise they do help and are very nice with a happy smile. A smile always satisfy the costumer

Aparts in Oberhausen is a very tidy, comfy place. We stayed for just one night however I can tell that beds are large and comfy, very well equipped kitchen and overall - great value for money. Friendly staff and good localisation - I can recommend it!
