Excellent!

Another gem in small town, hard to find and hard to forget. We had the Turm Suite facing the river, large room well equipped with a great view. Breakfast was cooked to order and had all you wanted

We had a great stay here, everything was perfect. Beautiful room, very clean and a lot of little details that made us feel right at home. The small spa area (see pics) is super nice and relaxing

Quite a unique place. Small but very comfortable and quite rooms. The breakfast is amazing and the staff always friendly and helpful.

Great staff, good breakfast, just missing a coffee station and iron in the room. They will bring you coffee, but I like being able to make my own! 5min walk to nearest train station, and shopping mall

The room we had was perfect for a family of 5 (which can be a challenge). Staff was very friendly (especially to our kids). The location is great for visiting the huge Christmas market

Despite the fact that we are usually not big meat ball fans we absolutely loved them there. Also worth mentioning is the great selection of cheeses

Stayed there for only 12 hours because my flight got cancelled. It was a nice hotel near a plaza with lots of restaurants and other shops. The room was clean and well furnished.

A good breakfast with a helpful staff. Only downside is that the fan in the bathroom kept spinning, so I had to call the staff to fix it. But they were very helpful, so it was fixed right away

I've been at this hotel for a business meeting and I was very pleased with everything. They have a great service, tasty food and everybody is always willing to help you

They have free WiFi and we also got a business folder with paper and a pen. The only thing to complain about is not enough parking space

If there a hotelguest and people attending meetings not everyone will find a parking space

I had a great meal at the restaurant. After a good night's sleep, a hearty breakfast awaited me. Completely satisfied, I was able to go home with my dog and hereby give a clear and positive recommendation

Thanks to the excellent team and of course to the chef in the background, who during our stay, in addition to his culinary delights, stood out especially for his warmth and therefore did a great job

Exceptionally friendly service, cozy atmosphere. Choice of food and very good taste. Dessert is a feast for the eyes. However, smaller desserts should also be offered. We'll be back anyway!

Awesome service here and good food, like my deer burger which tasted pretty good but unfortunately was too well done for me and therefore a bit dry. However I had a great time here

A truly beautiful hotel managed with great enthusiasm even in Corona times! The complex is very well maintained and the owners are very attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds invite you to sleep

Been positively surprised. The rooms are cozy and large enough for a workout 😁 They serve a small buffet for lunch and dinner with a choice for everyone. Their Tiramisu was amazing 👌🏽

We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant to find it was already closed at 9 pm on a saturday night when the hotel info provided in the room said 10 pm. Check in staff was super sweet and accommodating

Clean rooms and friendly staff, decent prices

I was shocked how good value this hotel was, I have a great mattress at home and I normally find hotel mattresses uncomfortable but this was great. We will definitely be staying here again

The hotel is in a very good location close to all amenities. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms are very comfortable and cosy. Will surely visit again.

Although a budget hotel and inexpensive it is a very nice place to stay for one or two nights. The room was spacious and modern, with a very good bathroom. It was very quiet despite being fully booked

A real surprise: a modern hotel, clean and in a superb location, not what I expected, a good bargain. Rooms are no too spacious, but it suffices. Only downside is the airco, or should I say lack off

We stayed at the hotel for a night. The hotel was really good with 24/24 service. We are happy with the price (62€/night) and the cappuccino for 3,5€. However, the room is not really soundproof

Another tip: If you want to have a cheap dinner, go to the XIAO restaurant opposite to the hotel. Cheap but good food, also for take away

Excellent customer service and a clean room. On-site parking isn't provided and we found the neighbouring multi-story too costly, so simply parked on the main road (which is free between 4pm and 10am).

Good hotel in small distance of the central train station. Small but good menu cart. The city of Oberhausen is a bit disappointed and has no character...

The Hotel is well located, close to the center and a good connection to Centro. The staff was friendly. Good breakfast buffet.

This Hotel has everything that you would require for accommodation. It was priced very well, breakfast had a wide variety of options on the buffet. Bar and Restaurant is closed during Covid. But that was no issue for us.

The staff at check-in/out were excellent. They are very professional and have good hospitality.

The staff here is super friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. I don't know what it is but the linnens smell awesome. Also, they have a great free breakfast too.

Very clean hotel, the service is astonishing and friendly. The breakfast is has a lot of choice of food, and even more. It’s also very safe since you can’t enter the hotel without a key card. I am impressed.

Lovely hotel and the restaurant is excellent

Restaurant has a good choice and the cook has a blessed hand. Unfortunately you need to carry over with you your best patience since it will take forever to order and to be served

Position at the top of the Mulheim's hill is one of the best things here, since you can experience a nice walk down to the river at the morning, when the mist still covers it and birds are waking up

Delicious restaurant downstairs of the hotel, first time in my life ate such a tasty Burger ? I advise everyone to visit

Good room, good staff, good breakfast, good parking and most of all comfortable bed and pillows plus a proper size study table to work on. No need to search for new hotel, this will be my preferred hotel from now on

Spend a night here with my wife and 3 daughters. was perfect we had a double room (with a door in between) for a more than fair price. Service was great, friendly staff, Nice bathroom with an excellent showerhead

Very good price if compared to quality level. It has a good restaurant and areas to chill out (indoor and outdoor). There is a pub just aside.

Fab hotel, lovely breakfast, helpful friendly staff. Only slight problem was there were no toiletries in the bathroom, but apart from that the room was great, comfy bed, clean, modern

I loved it! I've been there for twice at least for a week each time. Best rates, good staff, gym, sauna bath etc. Rooms are also nice.

Check in, filling out a lot of paperwork, must be done! Rooms are nice and clean. The elevator 🛗 needs to be serviced or had it’s best time 😳. Visit the bar before dinner, friendly staff

From the location, the staff and rooms this is a lovely place to stay. Restaurants within walking distance, many sites to see but still quiet and personal.

A wonderful place to stay in Mulheim. Satisfying breakfast and convenient rooms. No AC but the ground floor is pretty isolated 😊

Quite central, spacious room, great breakfast, clean. Reception not always staffed, but received instructions and access code for entry to hotel and you can take keys from reception.

Nice, clean and quiet. Could serve better breakfast. Realy bad wifi internet speed.

However, the rooms are spacious and there is more than enough room to move around. I have also tried the restaurant. It offers a good breakfast with a lot of choices and the dinner menu is decent

Good value hotel,but does it deserve a 4 star rating as the sign by the door claims? Let down by the very slow restaurant service, perhaps due to lack of staff, but how can a 4 star hotel restaurant have missing items on a dinner menu 2 days in a row? Location is good, on a modern Industrial estate, but next to a railway line with lots of trains passing (double glazed windows do cut out the noise...

The hope is the service and food selection improves to reach the usually high Mercure level. Be prepared also to spend 18 euros for the good breakfast buffet

The hotel is clean and the staff are always friendly and eager to help. Depending on the room you might hear the trains passing by which can be annoying when you are trying to sleep

Nothing extraordinary but far better from the rest of the choices you have around. The above at very reasonable prices so it is worth checking!

A shame that the hotel must close due to regulatory requirements. I stayed there for a week and it is a really nice run hotel

Zuerst: ich habe NICHT im Regent übernachtet, sondern bin aufs Schwesterhotel Plaza umgebucht worden. Das Plaza hat einen höheren Standard (4 Sterne), aber ich habe den Regent-Preis (3 Sterne) bezahlt

Auch ist man endlich soweit wie in NL oder UK: im Zimmer ist ein Wasserkocher und eine Auswahl Tees und einige Tütchen Instantkaffee. Für mich als Nichtfrühstücker perfekt

Great hotel, newly refurbished, very clean but what stood up was the night shift person Steven Denkowitz who went way out of his way to accommodate me and my family with 2 young children when we checked in at night

Unfortunately, due to the Covid, it was not possible to fully enjoy it. But the hotel is recommended and I will be back

The Hotel Noy is an excellent place to stay for business travelers and those wanting to experience the friendly charm of Muelheim! The staff are wonderful ambassadors of the city and the area in general! All members of the staff are very friendly and they make you feel very welcome! I have stayed at several hotels in this area over the past years and I always try to come back to the Noy because...

There are also several good restaurants within easy walking g distance for a variety of good meals! Additionally, there is now a nice river walk area along the Rhur River and you can easily walk from the Noy to the Rhur river and enjoy a nice relaxing stroll along the river after a good meal or connect with one if the walking/biking/running paths for a pleasant place to get some exercise

Difficult to access owing to the numerous one way systems. Good price and acceptably comfortable

Finally, in the rare times when it is hot in this region, please note that this hotel does not have air-conditioning

The setup is neat and tidy and everything works perfect. It is too old and deserves a renovation. Too old that it has a telephone booth at the reception to make calls! Would recommend for less than a 2 days budget stay.

Room was ridiculously outdated. The mattress was lumpy and thin, and the shower felt like an airplane lavatory. However, the hospitality was helpful and informative.
