Food is decent, staff are mostly friendly, we where there for a board game convention locally but kept getting hassle from staff when trying to play

For the price, it was excellent. Very clean room, easy check-in, tasty breakfast. Just needed more towels 😬 They had everything I need for it to be an amazing breakfast

Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing shower and good breakfast. They have a huge parkinglot, which you do have to pay for. The hotel is located right next to the mall

Hotel booking agents show this hotel as having EV parking. Perhaps there is in the adjacent car park but not with the hotel. This is a good business hotel and for us perfect for a stopover

A real plus if you have luggage to lug. There’s a nice bar and restaurant but a major disappointment was that the night chef did not turn up and as a result we could only have bar food

The hotel is conveniently situated next to several shopping malls some being high end, however all restaurants were pretty basic and fast food. This dish was absolutely dire

I was shocked how good value this hotel was, I have a great mattress at home and I normally find hotel mattresses uncomfortable but this was great. We will definitely be staying here again

Although a budget hotel and inexpensive it is a very nice place to stay for one or two nights. The room was spacious and modern, with a very good bathroom. It was very quiet despite being fully booked

A real surprise: a modern hotel, clean and in a superb location, not what I expected, a good bargain. Rooms are no too spacious, but it suffices. Only downside is the airco, or should I say lack off

We stayed at the hotel for a night. The hotel was really good with 24/24 service. We are happy with the price (62€/night) and the cappuccino for 3,5€. However, the room is not really soundproof

Another tip: If you want to have a cheap dinner, go to the XIAO restaurant opposite to the hotel. Cheap but good food, also for take away

Very clean hotel, the service is astonishing and friendly. The breakfast is has a lot of choice of food, and even more. It’s also very safe since you can’t enter the hotel without a key card. I am impressed.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful and have accommodated us with last minute changes without any problems. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and the in-house restaurant is well worth a visit

We have used this hotel multiple times whilst attending exhibitions in Duesseldorf. The drive to the exhibition is ok and the pricing just doesn't compare during busy times

Been positively surprised. The rooms are cozy and large enough for a workout 😁 They serve a small buffet for lunch and dinner with a choice for everyone. Their Tiramisu was amazing 👌🏽

Rooms start to need some refurbishment. Dirty carpet and curtains as an example. Good bed. Reception and bar/restaurant are nice and spacious.

I stayed at the hotel two weeks in a row for work. I had problems with the air conditioner not working in both rooms. A coworker also had problems with the air conditioner in their room

Very kind at the reception, the beds are amazing and the breakfast is gorgeous. We were even able to have access to the rooms at 13:00 👍 Only one bad point, the parking spaces

This Hotel has everything that you would require for accommodation. It was priced very well, breakfast had a wide variety of options on the buffet. Bar and Restaurant is closed during Covid. But that was no issue for us.

If there's not a snowflake symbol in the bottom right corner of the thermostat screen, it's not cooling. Other than that, it is a nice hotel in a great location

Modernised hotel with loads of free parking in the neighborhood. Breakfast was very good but some products were sold out fairly quickly.

Great hotel, newly refurbished, very clean but what stood up was the night shift person Steven Denkowitz who went way out of his way to accommodate me and my family with 2 young children when we checked in at night

Unfortunately, due to the Covid, it was not possible to fully enjoy it. But the hotel is recommended and I will be back

5!!! Positive: - Parking area on the opposite site of the hotel - there was a gym, and as an early bird, I could use it early in the morning - the breakfast tasted really good, and the small variety was top

- the walls are thin, and the same goes for the windows. It's loud because we were next to the main street - I know a smoking room is good for the people who are smoking, but next to the gym, I don't know

I had a good stay at the hotel. So I had to decide how many stars to give and for me it's a 3

We had the family room for a night (€110). Not a new room but pretty clean. The only improvement we could think of would be a kettle in the room (and coffee/tea set) and fluffier pillows

Check in, filling out a lot of paperwork, must be done! Rooms are nice and clean. The elevator 🛗 needs to be serviced or had it’s best time 😳. Visit the bar before dinner, friendly staff

Had an awesome wedding party with top service and top food in a perfectly clean and beautiful hotel.

But after return from dinner at 10pm bar was already closed 🤔, no “nightcap”. Strange that bar closes so early. My team and I wanted to recap the day! Breakfast 🍳 very extensive here again friendly staff

Good value hotel,but does it deserve a 4 star rating as the sign by the door claims? Let down by the very slow restaurant service, perhaps due to lack of staff, but how can a 4 star hotel restaurant have missing items on a dinner menu 2 days in a row? Location is good, on a modern Industrial estate, but next to a railway line with lots of trains passing (double glazed windows do cut out the noise...

+ Rooms are clean and spacious + Breakfast is good and offers alternatives for vegans & customers with intolerances + Night shift gentlemen in the reception was very kind to switch our rooms - rooms need renovation - issues with hot water - major noise early in the morning by cleaning company

I had a fantastic stay at this budget hotel! The room was clean and had all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay. The well-equipped and spotless bathroom was a pleasant surprise

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. It was great value for money, and I highly recommend it

-We booked the hotel to work on our wedding plan and we asked the 2 ladies who work at the reception/kitchen (Venn and Engelhardt) to seat at the huge dining area after breakfast so that we can work with the the laptop comfortably for few hours

They refused because the dining room had to be cleaned. After 2 hours of seating uncomfortably on the low sofas at the reception we asked again but they said that it's against the rules

We booked a package at this hotel which includes a 3 night stay including breakfast and 2-day movie park ticket, and tickets to Lego discovery center and sealife

The breakfast buffet was nice, which includes bread, meat, cheese, eggs, condiments and much more. There was definitely enough to pick to eat that even our picky daughter ate enough

The room we got was street side so you should be able to handle street sounds or request another room since the hotel is next to a main road through the city

The room we had was perfect for a family of 5 (which can be a challenge). Staff was very friendly (especially to our kids). The location is great for visiting the huge Christmas market

Stayed there for only 12 hours because my flight got cancelled. It was a nice hotel near a plaza with lots of restaurants and other shops. The room was clean and well furnished.

Another gem in small town, hard to find and hard to forget. We had the Turm Suite facing the river, large room well equipped with a great view. Breakfast was cooked to order and had all you wanted

Zuerst: ich habe NICHT im Regent übernachtet, sondern bin aufs Schwesterhotel Plaza umgebucht worden. Das Plaza hat einen höheren Standard (4 Sterne), aber ich habe den Regent-Preis (3 Sterne) bezahlt

Auch ist man endlich soweit wie in NL oder UK: im Zimmer ist ein Wasserkocher und eine Auswahl Tees und einige Tütchen Instantkaffee. Für mich als Nichtfrühstücker perfekt

Das Plaza ist natürlich toll, ich mag beide Hotels und steige immer wieder dort ab. Das Bad in DIESEM Zimmer im Plaza war so groß wie in anderen Hotels das Einzelzimmer
