I stayed at the hotel two weeks in a row for work. I had problems with the air conditioner not working in both rooms. A coworker also had problems with the air conditioner in their room.
If there's not a snowflake symbol in the bottom right corner of the thermostat screen, it's not cooling.
Other than that, it is a nice hotel in a great location.

Rooms start to need some refurbishment. Dirty carpet and curtains as an example. Good bed. Reception and bar/restaurant are nice and spacious.

This is a very good hotel. Excellent staff. Very helpful, professional and welcoming. Convenient location. Good sized rooms. Good price.

Very kind at the reception, the beds are amazing and the breakfast is gorgeous.
We were even able to have access to the rooms at 13:00 👍
Only one bad point, the parking spaces. You'll have to pay to let your car in the street or at the car park.
I recommend.

Hotel is clean. Friendly staff but didn’t tell us it was a holiday and most places were closed nearby. Selection of snacks and beer in lobby. Nice lobby bar. Offers breakfast for 19 euros. Typical 3-star European hotel. Not near much including restaurants. Tram by hotel was under construction which would have been nice to use to get to train station with luggage but it’s a short walk from the hotel. No plugs near bed to charge a phone. Nice desk to sit at or eat at. Little tv in room. Room wasn’t as small as most European hotels. Windows open up in room. WiFi worked well.

Good hotel in small distance of the central train station. Small but good menu cart. The city of Oberhausen is a bit disappointed and has no character...

Hotel is in a good area and very reachable, but the service sucks. The people are cranky and not helpful. Housekeeping went by in the evening and almost no service in the bar. Pillows are terrible. Not a realy pleasant experience, but the price is ok.

Clean - centrally located Hotel. Certainly something in the years come, but everything was clean and well maintained . Are late at the Hotel but at the Bar, have a tasty Burger with super Fries eaten.

Excellent customer service and a clean room. On-site parking isn't provided and we found the neighbouring multi-story too costly, so simply parked on the main road (which is free between 4pm and 10am).
